زمینه :ایران کشوری حادثه‌خیز است و استعداد بسیار بالایی در زمینه بلایای طبیعی دارد .ازآنجاکه پرستاران بزرگ‌ترین گروه ارائه‌دهنده خدمات سلامت بوده و در پاسخ به بلایای طبیعی نقش مهمی دارند، لذا آمادگی رویارویی با این شرایط برای پرستاران ، ضرورتی انکارناپذیر است .با توجه به اینکه، تصویر واضحی از نحوه آمادگی پرستاران برای رویارویی با بلایای طبیعی وجود ندارد، لذا این مطالعه، باهدف تبیین فرآیند رویارویی پرستاران با بلایای طبیعی انجام گرفت .روش پژوهش :این مطالعه با پارادایم کیفی و روش نظریه زمینه‌ای انجام گرفت .روش نمونه‌گیری در ابتدا هدفمند و سپس بر اساس داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده و نظریه در حال ظهور از نمونه‌گیری نظری استفاده شد .اطلاعات با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته و یادداشت در عرصه جمع‌آوری شد .تعداد 25 مصاحبه با 22 نفر از پرستاران انجام شد .مصاحبه‌ها در محل کار آن‌ها انجام شد .فرایند گردآوری داده‌ها و تحلیل داده‌ها به‌صورت هم‌زمان صورت گرفت .تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش کوربین و اشتراوس 2008 انجام شد .یافته‌ها :مفاهیم اصلی تئوری حاصل‌شده از مطالعه با استفاده از تحلیل خرد و در ادامه با تحلیل کلی شناسایی شدند .در این مطالعه چهار مفهوم اصلی مراقبت در شرایط برزخی، بازیابی/بازاندیشی ایفای نقش مراقبت اقتضایی، کمبود سیستم حمایتی، مهیا شدن پرستار عوامل تأثیرگذار بر رویارویی با بلایا شناسایی شد که برخی از این مفاهیم به‌عنوان عوامل اصلی و برخی نیز مانند موانع، نقش مداخله‌گر را ایفا می‌نمایند .از دیدگاه پرستاران در مواجهه با بلایای طبیعی، شرایط ارائه خدمت بسیار پرتنش و بی‌نظم است و آن را پر از سردرگمی و پیچیدگی‌های بسیار می‌دانند .پرستاران با موانع و مشکلات زیادی مواجه‌اند که این موقعیت‌ها، به‌مرور موجب بروز راهکارها و واکنش‌هایی در ابعاد گوناگون در این افراد می‌گردد که منتهی به بروز پدیده بازیابی/بازاندیشی ایفای نقش مراقبت اقتضایی می‌شود .بحث و نتیجه‌گیری :تئوری حاصل از این مطالعه تحت عنوان تئوری رویارویی پرستاران در بلایای طبیعی معرف این است که پرستاران، به‌تدریج، پس از خارج شدن از حالت شوک حادثه و مواجهه با واقعیت‌های موجود، با استفاده از تجارب قبلی خود سعی می‌نمایند بر خود مسلط شده و کنترل شرایط را در دست بگیرند .برای این کار صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای، مدیریت مؤثر منابع محدود و وحدت فرماندهی که درنهایت می‌توانند با موفقیت بر مشکلات موجود و موقعیت بلایا مسلط شوند .در چنین مرحله‌ای است که پرستاران ازنظر ذهنی و عملی، خود را قدرتمندتر از گذشته حس نموده و از سوی دیگر با استفاده از برنامه‌هایی که برای آمادگی‌شان قبل از وقوع بلایا وجود داشته و تجاربی که در حین بلایا کسب می‌نمایند به آمادگی و مهیا شدن دست می‌یابند .با توجه به محدودیت‌های پژوهش حاضر، در بلایای آتی بهتر است تجارب افراد به‌موقع و در زمان حادثه موردمطالعه و بررسی قرار گیرد .مطالعات بعدی در زمانی که بلایا اتفاق می‌افتد می‌تواند به توسعه تئوری) توسعه مفاهیم و کشف روابط بین مفاهیم (کمک نماید .کلمات کلیدی :رویارویی پرستاران، بلایای طبیعی، پرستار، نظریه زمینه‌ای

Every year many disasters occur in the entire world at least some of them are associated with severe complications financial, physical and psychological. Iran is a prone country and has a very high potential in the field of natural disasters. Since nurses are the largest health care providers and play an important role in responding to natural disasters, so be prepared to deal with these situations, therefore their preparedness for encounter with natural disasters is a necessity for nurses according to the level of education, skills and work. Awareness of this issue is very important how nurses are prepared to provide nursing care in natural disasters. Given that there is a clear picture of how nurses' preparedness to deal with natural disasters, so this study was conducted to determine process of nurses in encounter with natural disasters. Methods: In the current qualitative study, using the grounded theory methodology Straus and Corbin version 2008, first the participants were selected using purposive sampling and then followed by theoretical sampling. The most important data gathering strategy in this study was open and deep semi structured interview. 25 interviews were done with 22 participants. Interviews were conducted in the workplace. Regarding to the research process, other data gathering methods was used. The constant comparative analysis method was used for data analyzing, in a way that data gathering and analysis was simultaneously. Data gathering was continued until the saturation of all attributes of the concepts and their relation. After extracting the codes and subcategories, main categories and concepts were extracted. After this step and formation of concepts, structure and the relation between them and exploring its process, the related theory was presented. Results: The main concepts of the theory of the study using micro analysis and continue with the overall analysis were identified. From the perspective of nurses in the face of natural disasters, the situation is very stressful and chaotic service and knows it's full of confusion and complications. Nurses face many obstacles and difficulties that this position, gradually leads to solutions and reactions in different aspects of those implicated in this phenomenon leading to the recovery / contingency is rethinking the role of care. Discussion & conclusion: This theory called the theory of nursing encounter with natural disasters. Nurses, gradually, getting out of a state of shock after the incident, facing of current realities, using their previous experience to provide controlled themselves and gain control of the situation. To do this, they use the professional qualifications, effectively manage limited resources and unity of command are ultimately able to successfully master the problems and situations of disasters. At this stage, mentally and practical nurses, their sense of themselves stronger than before And the other using for readiness programs that existed before the disaster and that business are benefiting from experiences during the disaster, achieve the readiness and provides continuous availability. Due to the limitations of this study in future disasters better experiences in a timely manner and at the time of the incident. Subsequent studies when disasters happen to be the development of the theory (developed concepts and explore relationships between concepts) will help.
