عنوان :مقایسه‌صی غیر قرینگی عملکردی نیمکره‌صهای مغزی در شنوایی دایکوتیک در سالمندان موسیقی‌صدان و غیر موسیقی‌صدان هدف و زمینه : یکی از مهمترین قابلیت‌صهای سیستم شنوایی مرکزی، پردازش شنوایی دایکوتیک است که با افزایش سن همانند شنوایی محیطی دستخوش تغییرات می‌صگردد .نتیجه‌صی تحقیقات در مورد مقایسه‌ص‍ غیر قرینگی عملکردی نیمکره‌صهای مغزی در شنوایی دایکوتیک در افراد سالمند موسیقی‌صدان و غیرصموسیقی‌صدان نشان‌صمی‌صدهد، افراد موسیقی‌صدان نسبت به غیر موسیقی‌صدان، در پردازش شنوایی دایکوتیک برتری دارند .در این مطالعه غیر قرینگی عملکردی نیمکره‌صهای مغزی در شنوایی دایکوتیک در افراد سالمند موسیقی‌صدان و غیر موسیقی‌صدان با شنوایی هنجار با استفاده از آزمون اعداد دایکوتیک مورد بررسی قرار گرفت .بررسی روش :مطالعهحاضر به روش مقطعی-توصیفی با استفاده از نسخه فارسی آزمون اعداد دایکوتیک بر روی 20 فرد سالمند غیر موسیقی‌صدان و 20 فرد سالمند موسیقی‌صدان با شنوایی محیطی هنجار و برتری دست راست انجام شد .سپس تحلیل نتایج آزمون با استفاده از آزمون‌صهای t مستقل و من-ویتنی بررسی شد .در نهایت نتایج گوش راست و چپ در سه وضعیت توجه تقسیم شده) عدم اعمال توجه(، توجه انتخابی) توجه به راست و چپ (مقایسه گردید .یافته‌صها :مقایسه امتیاز آزمون اعداد دایکوتیک در هر سه وضعیت توجهی نشان داد که بین دو گروه سالمندان موسیقی‌صدان و غیر موسیقی‌صدان تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد،در وضعیت توجه تقسیم شده به راستvalue) - (001/0>pو در شرایط توجه تقسیم شده به چپ و تمرکز توجه به راست و چپvalue) - (001/0= pمی‌صباشد .نتیجه گیری :نتایج حاصل از مطالعه، غیر قرینگی عملکردی نیمکره ای کوچکتری را با امتیاز بالاتر در آزمون اعداد دایکوتیک در سالمندان موسیقی‌صدان آشکار کرد .همچنین عملکرد بهتر سالمندان موسیقی‌صداندر شرایط توجه تقسیم شده و محیط صهای رقابتی به ویژه هنگام توجه به چپ، نسبت به سالمندان غیرموسیقی‌صدان نتیجه می‌صشود .در واقع سالمندان موسیقی‌صدان تمایل به کسب اطلاعات بیشتر از هر دو گوش خود برخلاف سالمندان غیر موسیقی‌صدان دارند .واژگان کلیدی :سالمندی، موسیقی، آزمون اعداد دایکوتیک، پردازش بالا نورد، پردازش پایین نورد، توجه تقسیم شده شنوایی، تمرکز توجه

Background and aim: One of the most important capabilities of central auditory nervous system is dichotic listening processing that is changed with increasing age, like peripheral hearing. The results of studies about Comparison of functional asymmetry of cerebral hemispheres between musician and non-musicianelderlies reveals advantages of musican old age in dichotic listening processing. In this research, functional asymmetry of cerebral hemispheres is investigated in dichotic listeningmusician and non-musician elderlies with normal hearing by dichotic digit test. Methods:This cross- sectional study was performed on 20 right-handed musicianand 20 non-musician elderlies aged 60to 80 years with normal hearing by using Persian version ofthe dichotic digit test. The analysis of results was conducted by using independent t test and man-whitny. Finally, the results of right and left ears were compared in non-forced attention (NF), forced right (FR), and forced left (FL) attention conditions. Results: Comparison of dichotic digit test results in divided attentionconditionshowed significant difference between two groups (p-value0/001). Also, in forced right (FR) and especiallyin forced left (FL) conditions, there were significant differences for correct scores in both ears between musician and non- musician elderlies group (p-value=0/001). Conclusion:The results of this study confirmedbetter function in musician elderlies than non musician elderlies in divided attention and competitive environment particularly in forced left attention condition. In fact musician old peopledesire to acquisition information with both ears in noisy places unlike non musician elderlies. Finally musician elderlies showed lower hemispheric asymmetries with higher scores obtained in dichotic digit test. Keywords: aging, dichotic digit test, music ,auditory attention
