مقدمه :تصویر بدنی، تصویر ذهنی‌ای است که ما از بدن خود داریم .با توجه به تاثیر جوامع غربی و رسانه‌ها بر میزان نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی، در سالهای اخیر مطالعات گسترده‌ای بر ابعاد مختلف تاثیرگذار بر نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی صورت گرفته است .این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطه‌ی نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی با ابعاد شخصیتی) سرشت-منش (و علایم و نشانه‌های اختلالات روانی صورت گرفت .روش :در چهارچوب مدل همبستگی که درآن از روش همبستگی، رگرسیون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد، 271 دانشجو به صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند .نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی توسط پرسشنامه‌ی نگرانی از تصویر بدنی (BICI) ارزیابی شد، BMI از طریق اندازه‌گیری وزن و قد محاسبه شد، برای تشخیص ادراک تحریف شده از تصویر بدنی، BMI با مقیاس نیمرخ رتبه‌بندی شکل مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت، ابعاد شخصیتی)سرشت-منش (از طریق پرسشنامه سرشت و منش کلونینجر (TCI) و علایم اختلالات روانی توسط پرسشنامه خلاصه علایم (BSI) به‌دست آمد .نتایج :نتایج نشان دادند بین بعد پشتکار و همکاری با نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی همبستگی ضعیف و بین بعد خود-راهبری با نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی، همبستگی متوسط وجود دارد .هم‌چنین علایم وسواسی و اضطرابی 25/0 واریانس نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی و از طرف دیگر نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی، 25/0 واریانس علایم افسردگی را تبیین می‌کنند .این روابط در تحلیل مسیر نیز تائید شدند .نتیجه‌گیری :نتایج حاکی از آن هستند که بعد خود-راهبری و علایم وسواسی می‌توانند نقش پیش‌بینی کننده‌ای در تبیین نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی داشته باشند و همچنین نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی نقش تبیین کننده‌ای در علایم افسردگی دارند .از دگرسو ادراک تحریف شده از تصویر بدنی نقشی در نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی نداشته و این مفهوم تحت تاثیر ابعاد گسترده‌ی اجتماعی-فرهنگی می‌تواند باشد .کلمات کلیدی :نارضایتی از تصویر بدنی، ابعاد شخصیتی) سرشت-منش(، علایم و نشانه‌های اختلالات روانی، شاخص توده‌ی بدنی فهرست

Introduction: Body image is mental image from our body. According to effect of west culture and media on dissatisfaction of body image, wide studies have been done on different aspects of dissatisfaction of body image in recent years. Goal of this study is review of the relation of body image dissatisfaction with perspectives of personality (temperament and character) and symptom of mental disorders. Method: We used the correlation model, regression and path analysis in this study. A random sample of 271 students were examined. Body image dissatisfaction were measured by Body Image Concern Inventory (BICI). BMI gained by measured of weight and height. Comparison BMI with Silhouette figure rating used to recognizing body image distorted. Personality factors were achieved by Temperament Character Inventory (TCI) and we used Brief Symptoms Inventory (BSI) for measuring of symptoms of mental disorders. Result: There is weak correlation between persistence and cooperativeness with body image dissatisfaction and medium correlation between self-directedness and body image dissatisfaction. Also symptoms of obsession and anxiety explains 0.25 variance of body image dissatisfaction and in the other hand body image dissatisfaction explains 0.25 variance of depression symptoms. This relation to be confirmed in path analysis. Conclusion: Results show self-directedness and obsession symptoms can be predictor role in body image dissatisfaction and also body image dissatisfaction can be predictor role in depression symptoms. In the other hand body image distorted has not any role in body image dissatisfaction and this concept can be effect on the wide aspect social cultural.
