The most important viral pathogen in recipients It is a kidney transplant, and if preventive measures are not used, 40-100% of kidney transplant recipients will be affected by CMV infection or disease. Most of the time, infection and disease occur when the person has received the largest amount of immune system suppressing drugs, that is, in the first 100 days after the transplant. Activation of CMV after transplantation leads to damage to the graft and the patient himself It can increase the risk of loss of connective tissue in the long term Gives and any effort to prevent infection and disease CMV helps to improve organ transplant results in the long term. Therefore, it is important to identify the factors involved in the secondary activation of CMV in kidney transplant recipients. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of -592 A/C polymorphism (rs1800872) of IL-10 with CMV infection in kidney transplant recipients. Investigation of interleukin polymorphisms has been done on some diseases. This study was conducted for the first time in the northwest population of Iran. Differences in allelic and genotypic levels were visible between the two groups. The results show the effect of CC genotype on CMV infection in kidney transplant recipients.

مهمترين عامل بيماريزاي ويروسي در دريافت کنندگان پيوند کليه ميباشد و در صورت عدم استفاده از اقدامات پيشگيرانه، ۴۰ تا ۱۰۰درصد دريافت کنندگان پيوند کليه به عفونت يا بيماري CMVمبتلا ميشوند. اغلب اوقات عفونت و بيماري، زماني که فرد بیشترین مقدار داروي سـرکوب کننده سیستم ايمني را دريافتـ کرده است.يعني در۱۰۰روز اول بعـد از پيوند رخ ميدهد فعال شدن CMV بعد از پيوند منجر به آسيب پيوند و خود بيمار ميشود و خطر از دست دادن بافت پيوندي را در درازمدت افزايشميدهـد و هرگونـه تلاش براي جلوگيري از بروز عفونـت و بيماري CMVبـه بهبود نتيجه پيوند عضـــو در دراز مدت کمک ميکند. بنابراين شناسايي عواملي که در فعال شدن ثانويهCMVدر دريافت کنندگان پيوند کليه دخيل هســتند، حائزاهميت ميباشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی نقش پلی‌مورفیسم -592 A/C پلی‌مورفیسم (rs1800872) IL-10 با عفونت CMV در گیرندگان پیوند کلیه بود. بررسی پلی مورفیسم های اینترلوکین بر روی برخی بیماری ها انجام شده است. این مطالعه برای اولین بار در جمعیت شمال غرب ایران انجام شد. تفاوت در سطوح آللی و ژنوتیپی بین دو گروه قابل مشاهده بود. نتایج نشان دهنده تأثیر ژنوتیپ CC بر عفونت CMV در گیرندگان پیوند کلیه است
