نابرابری یکی از ملموس ترین واقعیات حیات اجتماعی است. با این حال نابرابری اجتماعی و فقر موضوعی نیست که به راحتی بیان و حل معضل شود. یکی از نهادهایی که به طور خاص و ویژه مسئول مبارزه با فقر و نابرابری می باشد، وزارت کار، تعاون، و رفاه اجتماعی است. این پژوهش به دنبال بررسی اهداف و راهکارهای ارائه شده توسط این وزارت خانه برای مقابله با فقر و نابرابری بود. این پژوهش به شیوه توصیفی و تحلیلی و با روش کتابخانه ای صورت گرفت است . نتایج برایند پژوهش این است که وزارت کار، تعاون و رفاه اجتماعی می تواند با تبیین سیاست های گسترش حقوق و آزادی های اساسی ، ، فراهم ساختن فرصت‌های برابر اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی، پاسخگو کردن نهادهای دولتی و دولتمردان، بهبود بخشی به ساز و کار بازار رقابت از طریق تقویت و گسترش رقابت و مشارکت اقتصادی ـ اجتماعی مردم ، ارائه اطلاعات کافی در هر بازار و آزادی اطلاعات و جلوگیری از استفاده از اطلاعات درون سازمانی، کمک به ایجاد و توسعه بازارهای مالی بیمه‌ای و… ، افزایش اشتغال پایدار از طریق فعال کردن اقتصاد، حمایت از گسترش آموزش‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای، ، اصلاح نظام یارانه‌ای، اصلاح ساختار مالیاتی، اصلاح ساختار هزینه دولت، تلاش برای شکل‌گیری امنیت اقتصادی و ترغیب بخش خصوصی و زمینه‌سازی برای فعالیت‌های آن و اجرای عدالت اقتصادی و ممانعت از بروز فساد دولتی و بخش خصوصی و تنظیم روابط آن‌ها و تولید‌ کالاهای‌ عمومی، خارج از تـوان یـا اراده بخش خصوصی؛ به حل معضل فقر و نابرابری اجتماعی در جامعه کمک کند.

Abstract :Inequality is one of the most tangible facts of social life. However, social inequality and poverty is not an issue that can be easily expressed and solved. One of the institutions that is specifically responsible for the fight against poverty and inequality is the Ministry of Labor, Cooperation, and Social Welfare. This research sought to investigate the goals and solutions provided by this ministry to deal with poverty and inequality. This research was done in a descriptive and analytical way and with a library method. The results of the research are that the Ministry of Labor, Cooperation and Social Welfare can improve the work mechanism by explaining the policies of expanding basic rights and freedoms, providing equal social, economic and political opportunities, making government institutions and statesmen accountable. Competitive market through strengthening and expanding competition and economic-social participation of people, providing sufficient information in each market and freedom of information and preventing the use of internal information, helping to create and develop insurance financial markets, etc., increasing sustainable employment through active economy, supporting the expansion of technical and vocational training, reforming the subsidy system, reforming the tax structure, reforming the government's cost structure, trying to form economic security and encouraging the private sector and laying the groundwork for its activities and implementing economic justice and preventing government corruption and The private sector and the regulation of their relations and the production of public goods, beyond the ability or will of the private sector; Help to solve the problem of poverty and social inequality in the society.
