نیچه درکتاب «چنین گفت زرتشت» زندگی را ژرفنای ناپیمودنی می‌داند. وی معتقد است اراده و خواست آدمی بایستی معطوف به قدرت و توانایی‌های ذاتی شان باشد. نیچه زندگی انسان‌ها را بی‌معنا و بی‌ارزش می‌داند و معتقد است. اگر معنایی هم باشد، در مرحله فرا انسان محقق می‌شود. به دیگر سخن، بنا بر نظر نیچه زندگی زمینی ما هیچ ارزشی بیرون از خود ندارد و اگر قرار است ارزشمند باشد، تنها از درون همین زندگی است که می‌تواند ارزشمند باشد و بایستی معطوف به زندگی زمینی و از درون اراده انسانی متولد شود که دراین‌صورت، تنها خود فرد انسانی و زندگی زمینی اوست که می‌تواند زندگی را مطلوب سازد و آن را معنادار کند نه امر قدسی و ایده جهان دیگر. برخلاف نیچه، علامه محمد تقی جعفری بر این باور است که «انسان» و «هستی» کاملاً معنادار است. او انسان را، جزئی از کل حقیقت عالم دانسته و معتقد است انسان از ابتدا تا انتها دارای سیر معقول و هدفمند و وجودش، مستند به‌ وجود و اراده الهی و شکوفایی‌اش در گرو مسیری است که انتخاب می‌کند و با آرمان‌های اخلاقی والایی که از دین نشأت می‌گیرد، زندگی بشریت معنایی جدید به خود می‌گیرد. نیچه با وضع برخی مبانی وادله اعم از اراده معطوف به قدرت، مرگ خدا، بازارزشگذاری ارزشها، بازگشت جاودان و ...در پی معنا بخشی این جهان مادی و حذف عالم ماورایی است حال آنکه علامه جعفری با بهره گیری از آیات قرآنی و حیات معقول به مخالفت و نقد چنین دیدگاهها بر می آید. لذا این تحقیق با روش توصیفی و انتقادی بر آن است تا معنای زندگی را از دیدگاه فریدریش نیچه به‌عنوان نماینده‌ای از فرهنگ غرب وعلامه محمدتقی جعفری را بعنوان نماینده فرهنگ اسلامی مورد کنکاش قرار می دهد وملاحظات انتقادی علامه جعفری را بر آراء و دیدگاه های نیجه مطرح می سازد و فرآیند آن نگرش کلی والهی در باب معنای زندگی خواهد بود.

Summary Nietzsche believes that the life is unreachable depth in his book; " Thus Spoke Zarathustra".He believes that jilting a man from it's nature is not true against the view of D.r Allameh Ja'fari . And he believes that the willpower of a man must focus on it's nature power.Nietzsche believes that the life is inanity and unmeaning and if we imagine a value for it, it will ascertained in metaphysic grade.In the other wise, Nietzsche believes that our pelf life has no value but its innate and if we imagine it is valued, it may be valued from the life innate and it is necessary to be focused on pelf life and the nature of human decision , consequently the pelf life will be favored and accessible not the moral or unworldly affairs. In the other wise Nietzsche allegorize the life to a empty walnut and he believes that man must make the life better by creating an enrich. He not only believes in theology and moral affairs, he rathers that the only element of unmeaning life is the believing in God and moral affairs.While D.r Allameh Ja'fari opposite of Nietzsche believes that "Human " and " Being" both are important and he believes that the Human is a part of all fact being and from the beginning to the end they have decent level and purposeful and its being belongs to the God and its flowering depends on way he choose.My study is going to forum The life meaning between the view of Nietzsche as a agent of west countries culture and D.r Allameh Ja'fari as a agent of Islamic culture by a descriptive and reproval approach. And finally my study propound reproval views of D.r Allameh Ja'fari on view of Nietzsche, which its result will be godlike and holy view on life meaning.
