شرکت¬های خدمات مشاوره¬ای، فنی و مهندسی کشاورزی که زیرمجموعه سازمان نظام مهندسی کشاورزی هستند، نقش مهمی را در بخش کشاورزی ایفا می¬کنند. لذا، این پژوهش به بررسی موانع فراروی کشاورزان در استفاده از خدمات شرکت¬ خدمات مشاوره¬ای نوین خدمات دهقان می¬پردازد. این تحقیق براساس هدف کاربردی، براساس نحوه گرآوری داده¬ها توصیفی- پیمایشی است. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه بود که روایی آن با نظر متخصصان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ(89/0) تایید شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کشاورزان 10 روستای همجوار با رودخانه در دهستان زرینه¬رود شمالی شهرستان میاندوآب و به تعداد 1471 نفر بودند. در این تحقیق با استفاده از جدول کرجسی مورگان تعداد 305 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه¬گیری طبقه¬ای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده¬ها از نرم¬افزار SPSS24 و دسته¬بندی نتایج از تحلیل¬عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شد. متغیرهای در نظر گرفته شده در قالب 7 عامل دسته¬بندی شدند که 56.680 درصد از تغییرات واریانس را تبیین می¬کند. عامل اول با عنوان موانع آموزشی- ترویجی که 8.408 درصد از واریانس را تبیین می¬کند و عوامل دیگر به ترتیب از بیشترین به کمترین میزان درصد تبیین تغییرات واریانس عبارتنداز: موانع ادراکی- نگرشی، موانع زیرساختی، موانع مدیریتی کارشناسان، موانع ارتباطی و مهارتی کارشناسان، موانع سازمانی، موانع حمایتی.

AbstractAgricultural consulting, technical and engineering services companies, which are a subset of the Agricultural Engineering System Organization, play an important role in the agricultural sector. this study Survey the barriers of farmers to use the services of consulting services companies. This research is descriptive and survey based on the applied purpose, based on how the data are collected. The research tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha (0.89). The statistical population of this study was the farmers of 10 villages adjacent to the river in the northern Zarrinehrood district of Miandoab city and 1471 people. In this study, using Krejcie Morgan table, 305 people were selected using stratified sampling method with proportional assignment. SPSS24 software was used for data analysis and exploratory factor analysis was used to classify the results. The considered variables were classified into 7 factors that explain 56.680% of the variance changes. The first factor, called extension and educational barriers, which explains 8.408% of the variance. Other factors, from the highest to the lowest percentage of changes of the variance are: Perceptual and attitudinal barriers, Infrastructure barriers, Expert management barriers, Barriers to communication and skills of experts, Organizational barriers and support barriers.
