اهمیت دانشگاه‌ها در زمینه توسعه پایدار از دو جهت قابل بررسی است؛ یکی به دلیل محدود بودن منابع و افزایش هزینه ها برای دانشگاههای بزرگ و دومی به دلیل آموزش دانشجویان است که در آینده در مدیریت شهر و کشور خود شرکت خواهند کرد .در این مطالعه، دانشگاه تبریز به عنوان یک مطالعه موردی انتخاب شده است .عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه پایدار دانشگاه با استفاده از پرسشنامه و سپس تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج بدست آمده مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است .این پرسشنامه به بیش از ۲۰۰ استاد، کارمند و مدیر دانشگاهی درگیر در موضوع توسعه پایدار دانشگاهی در ایران ارسال شد ۳۴ .پاسخ دریافت شد و نتایج با این ۳۴ پاسخ تجزیه و تحلیل شد .پاسخ‌صها به پرسشنامه با روش تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره با لیکرت ۵ گزینه‌صای ارزیابی شده است" .کاهش مصرف انرژی و استفاده از انرژی پاک "با میانگین ۴.۵۶ از" ۵ مشارکت فعال در توسعه پایدار محلی و ملی "با میانگین ۴.۴۱ از ۵ و" جلب حمایت مدیران ارشد ، اساتید و کارکنان برای موفقیت بیشتر در مدیریت سبز دانشگاه" با میانگین ۴.۳۸ از ۵ در رتبه های اول تا سوم تأثیر بر پایداری دانشگاه در نظر گرفته شده است .با استفاده از این کار آماری، در نهایت از مدل سازی پویایی سیستم‌صها و نرم افزار Vensim استفاده شده است و کلیه فاکتورها در آن، مدل سازی شده‌صاند .بطوریکه بصورت خوشه‌صای، ۵ خوشه‌صی اقتصاد، محیط زیست، اجتماع، حکمرانی دانشگاه و تحقیقات دانشگاهی تشکیل و این خوشه‌ها توسط سه متغیر استراتژیک به مدیریت سبز و در نهایت به توسعه پایدار دانشگاهی مرتبط شده اند .مدل حاضر توسه پایدار توسط چندین ارزیابی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و قابلیت اعتماد بالایی دارد و برتری آن بعلت کلی نگری و توجه داشتن به تمام ابعاد توسعه پایدار دانشگاهی در یک مدل می‌صباشد .همچنین ترجیحات مدیران دانشگاه تبریز نیز به عنوان مطالعه موردی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که ص‌کاهش میزان مصرف انرژی و استفاده از انرژی های پاک╗، ص‌جلب حمایت مدیران برای مدیریت سبز╗ و ص‌مشارکت فعال در توسعه پایدار محلی╗ از مؤلفه‌صهای ترجیحی ایشان است .در نهایت نیز با انجام یک سناریوی جدید، تأثیر ویروس کرونا۱۹) - (Covidبر توسعه پایدار دانشگاهی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت .در این بررسی مشخص شد که با در نظر گرفتن مؤلفه‌صهای مرتبط با ویروس کرونا با امتیاز حداکثری) ۵ (و بقیه‌صی مؤلفه‌صها با امتیاز حداقل) ۰(، متغیرهای اساسی، افت چندانی نداشته و تنها ۱۰ درصد کاهش پیدا کرده‌صاند که نشان از قدرت بالای متغیرهای مربوطه می‌صباشد اما باید توجه داشت که توسعه پایدار در گرو عمل به تمام جنبه‌صهای محیط زیستی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی توسعه پایدار می‌صباشد و در مورد دانشگاه حتی بعد حکمرانی و تحقیقی نیز مطرح است و نمی‌صتوان تنها با عمل به مؤلفه‌صهای دلخواه بدان دست یافت .اما با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده و ترجیحات مدیران دانشگاهی دانشگاه تبریز، می‌صتوان گفت در صورت مشارکت فعال در توسعه پایدار محلی و ملی و جلب حمایت مدیران ارشد، اساتید و کارکنان و همچنین با عمل به پارامترهای مرتبط با بعدهای محیط زیستی، اجتماعی و حکمرانی دانشگاه، به بیشترین پایداری ممکن در دانشگاه تبریز دست خواهد یافت

The importance of universities in the field of sustainable development can be examined in two ways; One is due to limited resources and increased costs for large universities, and the second is due to the education of students who will participate in the management of their city and country in the future. In this study, the University of Tabriz has been selected as a case study. Factors affecting the sustainable development of the university were examined using a questionnaire and then analyzed the results. This questionnaire was sent to more than 200 professors, staff and university administrators involved in the issue of sustainable development of university in Iran. 34 responses were received and the results were analyzed with these 34 responses. The answers to the questionnaire were evaluated with 5-point Likert. "Reduce energy consumption and use clean energy" with an average of 4.56 out of 5 "Active participation in local and national sustainable development" with an average of 4.41 out of 5 and "Attract the support of senior managers, faculty and staff for more success in university green management" with an average of 4.38 out of 5 in the first to third ranks have an impact on the sustainability of the university. Using this statistical work, finally, system dynamics modeling and Vensim software have been used and all factors have been modeled in it as clusters. 5 clusters of economics, environment, society, university leadership and academic research are formed and these clusters are related to green management by three strategic variables and finally to university sustainability. The present model has been developed by several evaluations and has high reliability, and its superiority is due to the generalization and attention to all aspects of sustainable university development in one model. The preferences of University of Tabriz managers were also examined as a case study that "reducing energy consumption and use of clean energy", "attracting managers' support for green management" and "active participation in sustainable local development" are the preferred components. Finally, by performing a new scenario, the effect of Corona virus (Covid-19) on sustainable academic development was investigated. In this study, it was found that considering the components related to the corona virus with a maximum score (5) and the rest of the components with a minimum score (0), the basic variables did not decrease much and only 10 decreased. It is a sign of the high power of the relevant variables, but it should be noted that sustainable development depends on the implementation of all environmental, social and economic aspects of sustainable development, and in the case of the university even governance and research. It is not possible to achieve Sustainable Development just by acting on the desired components. However, according to the results obtained and the preferences of university administrators of the University of Tabriz, it can be said that in case of active participation in sustainable local and national development and attracting the support of senior administrators, professors, and staff, as well as parameters related to environmental and social dimensions. And the governance of the university will achieve the maximum possible sustainability at the University of Tabriz
