health and so children need to provided with care and education during working.Key words: Child labour, Children at work, Work hazards, Work situation sبAim: The purpose of this study was to determine the work hazards and the relationship between work situation, demographic information and work hazards in children at work in Tehran.Method: This study is cross sectional. Fifty children at work were recruited in this study. The data were collected through a checklist that made by investigator.Work situation, demographic information (as independent variable) and work hazard (as dependent variable) were measured. The data analysis was done by correlation and kruskal Wallis tests.Results: The results indicated that most of the children had unsuitable work situation and they were vulnerable during work. Also there was only significant correlation between work hazards and educational level. In fact with increase educational level the hazards decreased.Conclusion: Educational level have important role in children
