Attempts to understand the social aspects of the body,research and debate the main axis of sociologists in recent decades has been formed. Body as a phenomenon that can be built and construction and function of the state of social and cultural beliefs. In this study, the relationship between identity sources and the body management to help survey and the case have been investigated. In this descriptive and analysis study from questionnaires for data collection were used. Sample size 400 married women of Tehran city selected using of multi-stage clustered sampling. Our results show, between body management and modern identity significant positive correlation in the 99 confidence level exists. also between body Management and some components of national identity, age, education, in the confidence level of 99 a significant relationship is seen. but, between religios identity and body management in the confidence level of 99 a significant relationship isnot seen. Regression analysis results show that among the independent and identify variables: four variables zone of inhabitation, education,modern identity and national identity have been able, 28/9 percent of variance of body management (dependent variable) to explain.Key words: Body Management, Identity Sources, Modern Identity, National Identity, Religious Identity, Married women University of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Department of Social Welfare Management M.
