مطالعات متعددی در زمینه تغییر اقلیم در مناطق مختلف جهان صورت گرفته است که در بسیاری از مطالعات اثر تغییرات پارامترهای هواشناسی بر عملکرد بخش انرژی بررسی شده است. ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات آب و ﻫﻮا و ﺷﺮاﻳﻂ ﻣﺤﻴﻄﻲ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑـﺮ رﻓﺘـﺎر ﻣﺼﺮف ﻛﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﺑﺮق و در ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﺑﺎر ﺷﺒﻜﻪ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻴﺎن ﺗﻐﻴﻴـﺮات دﻣـﺎي ﻫـﻮا ﺑـﻪ دﻟﻴـﻞ ﻋﺎﻣـﻞ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺠﻬﻴﺰات ﺳﺮﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ و ﮔﺮﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ اﻟﻜﺘﺮﻳﻜﻲ ﺑﻴﺶ از ﺳﺎﻳﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﺮ اﻟﮕﻮي ﻣﺼﺮف اﻧﺮژي و ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮات ﺑﺎر ﺷﺒﻜﻪ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ. با توجه به اينکه در حدود 80 درصد تعداد مشترکين را مشترکين خانگي تشکيل ميدهند نهادينه شدن مديريت مصرف در اين بخش جامعه کمک فراواني به اقتصاد ملي، صنعت برق و اقتصاد خانواده دارد.با استفاده منطقي از انرژي نه تنها شاهد کاهش هزينه هاي مصرف انرژي خود خواهيم بود، بلکه آثار مفيدي همچون کاهش آلودگي محيط زيست و تداوم طول عمر منابع ملي و نتيجتاً توسعه اقتصادي کشور را بدنبال خواهیم داشت.

Numerous studies on climate change have been conducted in different parts of the world, and many studies have examined the effect of changes in meteorological parameters on the performance of the energy sector. Climate change and environmental conditions are factors affecting the behavior of electricity users and consequently network load changes. Meanwhile, changes in air temperature due to the use of cooling and electrical heating equipment are more effective than other factors on energy consumption pattern and network load changes. D. Considering that about 80% of the number of subscribers are household subscribers, institutionalization of consumption management in this sector of society contributes greatly to the national economy, electricity industry and family economy. Not only will we see a reduction in our energy consumption costs, but we will also have beneficial effects such as reducing environmental pollution and continuing the longevity of national resources and, as a result, economic development of the country.The pattern of electricity consumption can vary according to different climatic and cultural conditions in different parts of the country, for example because of the widespread use of refrigent devices, tropical regions have more electricity consumption in summer than other parts of the country. Therefore, controlling the consumption pattern in different seasons is very important due to climatic and climatic conditions.In this research, the electricity consumption data of the household sector as well as the number of subscribers in Tabriz in the form of two-month consumption in kilowatt-hour from 1981 to 2018 were obtained from the General Directorate of Electricity Distribution of Tabriz and the data related to the temperature parameter were obtained from the Meteorological Organization of East Azerbaijan Province. The trend of temperature changes during the statistical period as well as changes in household electricity consumption during this period were investigated. Then, the effect of temperature changes on household electricity consumption in Tabriz metropolis was identified. The relationship between the statistical period of electricity consumption in the household sector of Tabriz city and the climatic factor was investigated by regression and correlation methods. Work output can help planners to better understand how home electricity consumption and the effect of temperature changes on home electricity consumption and also emphasize on the importance of climate change effects on different aspects of human life.
