Our disetation mainly concerns obsrevartion of ecologisal and physiological featues of A.suaedifolia under its natural habitat . following principal for its constitute frames . -climatical conditions of licalitis have been analized , climetical dtes collected du ring a ۵ yers perviod have been used for this analysis . -Edaphic conditions those of critical importance in saline - soils including EC,CEC , PH,NA,Kand ca have been determined and eventual co rrelations between morphological characters , ecologisal and Edaphice , element have been analixed . -Description and analysis of Population dynamics and its life history has been one of the main conclusoins of present work , which has leaded to Following conclusions.-Age distribution has a quit dispersed position .-Reproduction begins at late period of life history .-High proportion of seeds remain non Fertilized . -Rate of seed germination is very low .-Thining of seeling is severe.-Risk of extinction is cleary reflected in age fyramid structure . In vestigations dialing with physiological aspects have seve raled that:-Germination of seeds is neither dipendent on light , non in darknes , propersion of germination seed boing eaual under light and dark environment .-Effects of temperature treatment during germination period - oscilations between oto ۲۸: - have been investigated It revealed that: Rate of germination is not dependent with temperature the but time of germination is clearly dependent to temperature Effects of salinity temperature revealed that rate of germination whit salinity decreased .As a final stat , a caryological research , mainly consesting on chromosom counts has been conducted upon A.suaedifolia , its Diploid number , ۲n=۲۲ , is to be added to existing chromosom number , atlas
