Then the main purpose of this article ,has been the inventigation of the effect of two emotional skills (emotional intelligence, resilience) on the tend of salesman turnover. This research, in order to pursue this target, has collected the related date using questionnaire filling by the statistical society which contains representatives of insurance companien located in the Tabriz and The number of samples ۱۷۰ . After data analysis using statistical method of structural equation modeling with Amos and Spss, the results demonstrated the servant leadership as a moderator variable has not a significant effect on the relationship between emotional exhauston and tend to turnover of sellens. And variable of emotional exhaustion and conflict work- family have been accepted as a incomplete mediator variable. Moreover, according to the achieved results have been not effect resilience on emotional exhaustion but emotional intelligence on conflict work- family and emotional exhaustion not effect and have been posetive tend to turnover.at finally accepted positive effect emotional exhaustion on tend to turnover effectخ In the business world, turnover issus has a special importance for the salesmanship which is an stressful profesion and has highest tend to turnover
