Access control mechanisms is one of confidential and Collectivity establishing methods in Computer systems. Access control methods are divided into three parts including mandatory, arbitrary and hybrid access control. Role-based, rule-based and risk-based access controls are three new and useful mechanisms in this context. The aim of this research is formal modelling of Role-based access control in a smart store It's assumed that these devices have a RFID tag and detection devices of these tags are available in the organization. Entry or exit and use location have been diagnosed and controlled through these devices. Equipment in defined special environments at organization and in specified time can be used by specific people. Access control policies are determined according to the following factors1) Individual work requirement 2) Actual and potential threats 3) Restrictions of these equipment 4) Priorities for use of facilities 5) User's working level.Studied example in this research is intelligent storage. Using the experiences of an expert, first, different people and their role in organization will be determined. Then available equipment in organization and their use area will be determined, and also different places of organization will be introduced. In the following, access control policies for the example of smart store will be defined and modelled. Smart store model and access control policies will be created with the help of Petri net and for this purpose open source tools called CPN tools will be used
