Ṣārim al-Dīn Ibrāhīm b. Muḥammad al-Ḥanafī Ibn Duqmāq (d. 809/1407) was the grandson of Aydamur ʿIzz al-Dīn, also known as Duqmāq, an amīr of the Mamlūk sultan al-Nāṣir Muḥammad b. Qalāwūn (r. 709-41/1310-41). He was thus a member of the awlād al-nās class, whose members were the free descendants of mamlūk (slave) ancestors.
