Muʾayyad al-Dīn Ibn al-Alqamī (d. 657/1259) was a scholar and official in the ʿAbbāsid court during the first half of the seventh/thirteenth century. A famous thinker, calligrapher, and book collector, he served as vizier for the last ʿAbbāsid caliph, al-Mustaʿṣim bi-llāh (r. 640-56/1247-58), for fourteen years.
