This chapter presents erratum and addendum for physical information and the derivation of electron physics. Soon after the publication of Frieden, it was found that some key equations were off by a factor of c , the speed of light. The corrected equations lead to a new physical interpretation of Fisher information I . Also, some improvements have been made in the physical model for the information approach that is the basis for the chapter. These are briefly mentioned.
