مقدمه: بار کار ذهنی یکی از مهم‌ترین فاکتورهای خطر ارگونومیک در محیط کاری می‌باشد. اهمیت اندازه‌گیری آن، در تشخیص و پیشگیری بار کار ذهنی بالا یا پایین، جهت افزایش عملکرد و کاهش خستگی، استرس، خطای انسانی و نارضایتی شغلی می‌باشد. پرسشنامه‌‌ها، ابزاری ساده، در دسترس و معتبر برای سنجش بار کار ذهنی هستند، لذا هدف این مطالعه ترجمه، انطباق فرهنگی و بررسی خصوصیات روانسنجی پرسشنامه‌ بار کاری ذهنی کارمن-کیو می‌باشد.مواد و روش: در این مطالعه تعداد ۲۹۶ نفر (۱۰۰ نفر خانم و ۱۹۶ نفر آقا) با میانگین سن ۶۱/۷ ± ۵۹/۳۸ سال از شاغلین در بخش‌های صنعتی و اداری در چندین مرکز در شهرستان ساوه، شرکت کردند. فرایند ترجمه و انطباق فرهنگی مطابق با گایدلاین‌های مربوطه انجام شد و دارای مراحل ترجمه رو به جلو، ترجمه رو به عقب، سنتز کردن و تهیه یک نسخه نهایی، انجام پایلوت و سپس تأیید نهایی نسخه فارسی بود. ویژگی‌های روانسنجی شامل روایی صوری (سادگی و خوانایی)، روایی محتوی (از طریق شاخص روایی محتوی)، روایی ساختاری از طریق تحلیل عاملی، روایی همگرا (از طریق r پیرسون برای همبستگی با پرسشنامه ناسا-تی ال ایکس)، همسانی درونی (با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ) و تکرارپذیری آزمون-بازآزمون (با کمک ضریب همبستگی درون گروهی) انجام شد. در این مرحله‌ از تکرارپذیری، پرسشنامه مجدداً پس از ۴ تا ۱۰ روز، در اختیار ۵۴ نفر از آزمودنی‌ها قرار داده شد.یافته‌ها: ترجمه و انطباق فرهنگی به خوبی صورت گرفت. روایی صوری تأیید شد. مقادیر شاخص روایی محتوا برای هر یک از گویه‌ها و کل آن‌ها، به جز آیتم شماره‌ی ۱۷ که در مرحله‌ی روایی ساختاری حذف گردید، قابل قبول بود (۹۱۴/۰ CVI total =). در بررسی همسانی درونی، مقدار آلفای کرونباخ برای کل آیتم‌‌ها (۹۱/۰) و برای هر زیر مقیاس (بالاتر از ۸/۰) قابل قبول بود. نتایج تکرارپذیری آزمون-بازآزمون، ضریب همبستگی درون گروهی برای کل آیتم‌‌ها ۹۰/۰ با فاصله اطمینان ۹۵/۰ و برای هر زیر مقیاس بالاتر از ۷۸/۰ را نشان داد که همگی مناسب بودند. بررسی روایی ساختاری وجود چهار فاکتور را تأیید کرد و ضرایب همبستگی پیرسون در روایی همگرا، رابطه‌ای متوسط تا خوب را میان مقیاس‌های کارمن-کیو و ناسا-تی ال ایکس نشان داد.نتیجه‌گیری: نسخه‌ی فارسی پرسشنامه کارمن-کیو، یک ابزاری معتبر (روا) و تکرارپذیر (پایا)، جهت تشخیص و پیشگیری از بار کار ذهنی، در جامعه‌ی ایرانی می‌باشد.واژه‌های کلیدی: ارزیابی خصوصیات روانسنجی، انطباق فرهنگی، بار کار ذهنی، پایایی، روایی

Introduction: Mental workload is one of the most important ergonomic risk factors in the workplace. To detect and prevent mental r overload in order to improve the performance and reduce fatigue, stress, human error and job dissatisfaction in workplaces, measuring the mental workload is necessary. Questionnaires are used commonly as a simple and convenient tool for measuring mental workload. The purpose of the current study is to translate, culturally adapt and examine the psychometric properties of the CarMen-Q questionnaire into Persian.Materials and Methods: 296 workers (100 female and 196 male) with an average age of 38.59±7.61 years from different industrial and administrative sectors in several relevant centers in Saveh city were participated. The process of translation and cultural adaptation was carried out in accordance with the relevant guidelines and included the steps of forward translation, backward translation, synthesizing and preparing a final version, piloting and then final approval of the Persian version by the original developer. Psychometric properties include face validity (simplicity and readability), content validity (through the content validity index), structural validity (through factor analysis), convergent validity (through Pearson's r for correlation with the NASA-TLX questionnaire), internal consistency (with Cronbach's alpha coefficient) and test-retest reliability (with the help of intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC)) were used. In this stage of reliability, the questionnaire was given to 54 sample members again after 4 to 10 days.Results: there were no significant problem during the translation and cultural adaptation. Face validity was confirmed and the content validity index for each of the items and all of them, except item number 17, were acceptable (CVI total = 0.914). The Cronbach's alpha was obtained acceptable for all items (0.91) and each subscales (above 0.8). The result of test-retest reliability showed ICCof 0.90 and confidence interval of 0.95. The ICC for all subscales were higher than 0.78. Structural validity examination confirmed the existence of four factors and Pearson's correlation coefficients in convergent validity showed a moderate to stromg correaltion between CarMen-Q and NASA-TLX scales.Conclusion: The Persian version of the CarMen-Q questionnaire showed an acceptable validity and test-retest reliablility for diagnosing and preventing mental workload in Iranian society.Keywords: cultural adaptation, mental workload, psychometric properties, reliability, validity
