مقدمه: بیماری اسکیزوفرنی به‎ ویژه در بیماران دارای بستری مکرر می‌تواند چالش‌های روانی اجتماعی متعددی را برای بیمار و مراقبین آنان به همراه داشته باشد. سایه سنگین بیماری روی خود بیمار، برخی اوقات نمی‌گذارد که مسائل و چالش‎های مراقبین و اعضای خانواده مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. هدف این مطالعه واکاوی چالش‎های مراقبین بیماران مبتلا به اسکیزوفرنی با بستری مکرر در سال 1402 است.روش: این مطالعه با استفاده از روش کیفی و بر اساس رویکرد تحلیل محتوای قراردادی انجام شده است. داده‎های پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 15 نفر از مراقبین و 6 نفر دیگر شامل افراد کلیدی و در بازه زمانی تیرماه تا آبان ماه 1402 جمع آوری شده است. روش نمونه گیری، به صورت نمونه گیری هدفمند بود و جمع آوری داده‎ها تا زمان اشباع، ادامه یافت. جوانب مربوط به صحت داده‎ها مد نظر قرار گرفت و تحلیل داده‎ها با استفاده از کدگذاری و طبقه بندی کد‎ها انجام گرفت.یافته ها: پس از چندین مرتبه تحلیل و ادغام کد‎های مشابه کد‎های اصلی در 15 زیر طبقه و 5 طبقه نهایی طبقه بندی شدند که عبارتند از: 1) سایه سنگین مراقبت بر زندگی مراقب 2) هنجارهای شکسته شده 3) احساس ناکامی در درمان و فرایند درمان 4) درگیری مداوم خانواده و مراقب 5) فشار‎های اجتماعی درون مایه اصلی این پژوهش نیز مفهوم مراقبت توام با چالش استخراج گردید.بحث و نتیجه گیری: مراقبین بیماران اسکیزوفرنی نباید مورد غفلت واقع شوند و کمک به رفع چالش‎های روانی و اجتماعی آنها به نوعی کمک به توانبخشی روانی و اجتماعی بیمار نیز محسوب می‌شود. علاوه بر این نتایج مطالعه ضرورت توجه به این گروه را نیز برجسته ساخت. بنابراین تدوین برنامه‎های حمایتی، فراهم ساختن زیرساخت‎ها و امکانات مورد نیاز وتلاش در جهت تغییر نگرش افراد جامعه نسبت به بیماری‎های روان با مشارکت خانواده‌ها و سایر ذینفعان پیشنهاد می‎گردد.واژه‎های کلیدی: اسکیزوفرنی، بستری مکرر، مراقبین.

Introduction: Schizophrenia, especially in frequently hospitalized patients, can bring many psychosocial challenges for the patient and their caregivers. The complex and multifaceted issues and problems of the patient are usually prioritized and sometimes it does not provide the conditions to address the issues and challenges of caregivers and family members. This study seeks to analyze the challenges of caregivers of patients with schizophrenia with frequent hospitalization in 1402.Method: This study was conducted using a qualitative method based on the contractual content analysis approach. The research data was collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 caregivers and 6 key people between July and November 1402. The sampling method was purposeful sampling and data collection continued until saturation. The aspects related to the accuracy of the data were considered and the data analysis was done using coding and classification of codes.Findings: After analyzing and merging similar codes several times, the main codes were classified into 15 subcategories and 5 final categories, which are:1) The heavy shadow of the caregiving on the caregiver's life 2) Broken norms 3) Feeling of failure in the treatment and treatment process 4) Continuous family and caregiver conflict 5) Social pressures2) In the main theme of this research, the concept of care with challenges was extracted.Discussion and conclusion: Caregivers of schizophrenic patients should not be neglected, and helping to solve their psychological and social challenges is also considered to help the patient's psychological and social rehabilitation. In addition, the results of the study highlighted the need to pay attention to this group. Therefore, it is recommended to formulate support programs, provide the necessary infrastructure and facilities, and try to change the attitude of the community towards mental illnesses with the participation of families and other stakeholders.Keywords: schizophrenia, frequent hospitalization, caregivers
