در بسیاری از فرهنگ‌ها ازجمله فرهنگ ایران، جست‌وجوی اطلاعات سلامت جنسی به‌ویژه در میان دختران نوجوان، با چالش‌های مفرط و گاه برخی تسهیل‌کننده‌ها مواجه است. با اینکه دختران نوجوانان ایرانی در زمینۀ سلامت جنسی نیازمند آگاهی‌بخشی هستند که به دلیل موانع مختلف برآورده نمی‌شود، اطلاعات برنامه‌ریزان و سیاست‌گذاران جامعه دربارۀ این نیازها و موانع هم اندک است؛ بنابراین ضروری است تا تجربۀ این دختران نوجوان مورد مطالعه قرار گیرد. هدف این مطالعه، واکاوی موانع و تسهیل‌کننده‌های رفتارهای جست‌وجوی اطلاعات سلامت جنسی در دختران نوجوان شهر رشت در سال 1401 است.روش: این مطالعه با استفاده از روش کیفی و بر اساس رویکرد تحلیل محتوای قراردادی انجام شده است. نمونه‌ها با رویکرد حداکثر تنوع و به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی از بازۀ زمانی دی‌ماه 1400 تا تیرماه 1401 انتخاب شده است و تا زمان اشباع، ادامه یافته است. مشارکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش را، 15 نفر از دختران نوجوان در ردۀ سنی 15 تا 21 سال و 5 بزرگسال کلیدی شامل مادران، معلمان و متخصصان سلامت جنسی تشکیل دادند. داده‌ها با روش مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل آن‌ها با استفاده از «رویکرد لاندمن و گرانهایم» انجام شده است و جوانب مربوط به درستی داده‌ها با پنج معیار اعتبار، اعتماد، تأییدپذیری، انتقال‌پذیری و صحت و درستی تأمین شده است.یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه پس از چندین مرحله تحلیل و ادغام کدهای مشابه، در نهایت 1169 کد استخراج شد. کدهای اصلی در 25 زیرطبقه و زیرطبقات در 7 طبقۀ نهایی دسته‌بندی شدند که عبارتند از: ۱) موانع فردی ۲) کارکرد نامناسب خانواده ۳) تهدیدات سایبری ۴) بازدارنده‌های اجتماعی ۵) عناصر تسهیلگر جست‌وجوی اطلاعات ۶) انگیزۀ جست‌وجوی اطلاعات و ۷) مجراهای سواد سلامت جنسی. درون‌مایۀ اصلی این پژوهش با عنوان «جست‌وجو توأم با سردرگمی» از طبقات ذکرشده استخراج شد.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش، علاوه بر روشن‌کردن موانع و تسهیل‌کننده‌های جست‌وجوی اطلاعات سلامت جنسی در میان دختران نوجوان، به ضرورت فراهم‌کردن بسترهای آموزش مباحث سلامت جنسی نیز اشاره می‌کنند. بنابراین، تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی جامعه‌محور به منظور حمایت از نیازهای اطلاعاتی دختران نوجوان، تغییر نگرش خانواده‌ها و افراد جامعه نسبت به مباحث سلامت جنسی پیشنهاد می‌شود، که این امر نیازمند کار مشترک نهاد خانواده، سلامت و آموزش است. واژه‌های کلیدی: رفتار جست‌وجوی اطلاعات، سلامت جنسی، موانع، تسهیل‌کننده‌ها، دختران نوجوان.

Reseatch Topic: In many cultures, including Iranian culture, searching for sexual health information, especially among teenage girls, faces extreme challenges and sometimes some facilitators. Despite the fact that Iranian adolescent girls have informational needs in sexual health's field that are not fulflled due to various obstacles, the information of society's planners and policy makers about these needs and obstacles is not enough. Therefore, it is necessary to study the experience of these teenage girls. The aim of this study is to exploration of barriers and facilitators of sexual health information seeking behaviors among adolescent girls in Rasht city in 2022.Method: This study was conducted using qualitative method and based on contractual content analysis approach. The samples were selected with the strategy of maximum variation and by Purposeful and snowball sampling in the period of January 1400 to July 1401 and continued until saturation. The participants of this research were 15 teenage girls aged 15 to 21 and 5 key adults including mothers, teachers and sexual health specialists. The data were collected and analyzed using the semi-structured interview technique using Lundman and Graneheim approach, and the aspects related to the accuracy of the data were assessed with five criteria: Credibility, Dependability, Confirmability, Transferability and Authenticity.Finding: In this study, after several stages of analysis and integration of similar codes, 1169 codes were finally extracted. The main codes were classified in 25 sub-categories and sub-categories in the final 7 categories which are: 1) Individual barriers, 2) Improper family functioning, 3) Cyber threats, 4) Social barriers, 5) Facilitating elements of information seeking, 6) Information seeking motivation, and 7) Sexual health literacy channels. The main Theme of this research including "search in confusion" was extracted from the mentioned classes.Discussion and Conclusion: The findings clarify some barriers and facilitators of sexual health information seeking for adolescent girls. Therefore, it is suggested to develop community-oriented educational programs to change the attitude of the family and society towards solving the challenges and expanding the facilitators of sexual health information seeking, which requires the joint work of the family, health and education institutions.Keywords: information seeking behavior, sexual health, barriers, facilitators, adolescent girls, qualitative study, content analysis.
