مقدمه: افزایش شیوع بیماری آلزایمر یکی از مهمترین مشکلات سلامتی در دوران سالمندی است، این افراد باتوجه به اختلال در شناخت، رفتار و عملکرد برای انجام فعالیت های عادی زندگی وابسته به دیگران هستند. شدت نقش های مراقبتی منجر به مشکلات عدیده و افزایش بار مراقبتی در مراقببن می شود، که در نهایت منجر به اختلال عملکرد خانواده می گردد. از اینرو این تحقیق با هدف بررسی ارتباط بارمراقبتی با خستگی و عملکرد خانواده مراقبین سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر اجرا گردید.روش مطالعه: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی و از نوع همبستگی در سال 1399 می باشد . تعداد 150 نفر از مراقبین خانوادگی سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر مقیم شهرستان بیرجند از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس و با توجه به معیار ورود وارد مطالعه شدند. داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه بار مراقبتی زاریت، خستگی پایپرو عملکرد خانواده از مراقبین مورد مطالعه جمع آوری گردید و از طریق نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون های چولگی ، کشیدگی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: میانگین بارمراقبتی مراقبین سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر تحت مطالعه 24/24 و انحراف معیار آن 177/10 بود.و میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره کل خستگی به ترتیب 73/32 و 76/22 و نمره کل میانگین عملکرد خانواده 58/6 به دست آمد. بارمراقبتی با خستگی رابطه مثبت و معنادار داشته و همچنین با عملکرد خانواده و ابعاد آن شامل (سازگاری ، مشارکت ، رشد ، عاطفه و تصمیم گیری ) رابطه منفی و معنی داروجود داشت. (P<0.05) نتیجه گیری: با توجه به ارتباط بارمراقبتی با خستگی و عملكرد خانواده می توان از نتایج این مطالعه جهت طراحی مداخلات جهت کاهش خستگی و بار مراقبتی بمنظور بهبود عملكرد خانواده در مراقبين سالمندان مبتلا به آلزایمر وحوزه سالمندی استفاده نمود .كليد واژه ها: آلزایمر، بارمراقبتی، خستگی، عملكرد خانواده،سالمند، مراقبین خانوادگی

Introduction: Increased prevalence of Alzheimer's disease is one of the consequences of elderly, these people are dependent on others to perform normal life activities due to cognitive, behavioral, and functional impairments. Variety and intensity of care roles lead to psychological problems (anxiety, fatigue and depression) and increase the burden of care in caregivers, Which leads to family dysfunction. Therefore, measuring family performance can be a good predictor tool for family mental health. Methods: The quantitative- correlation method was used. The statistical population consists of 150 caregivers with Alzheimer's disease in Birjand city in year 2019. In this study, according to convenience sampling method, Data were collected through Piper Fatigue Questionnaire, Zarit Care Load and Family Function, which were collected from the caregivers and were analyzed by SPSS software and tolerance test, inflation variance and Pearson correlation coefficient.Results: : Findings showed that burden of Care is associated with fatigue and family functioning of caregivers of the elderly with Alzheimer's disease. There is a positive and significant relationship (P <0.01) with increasing the burden of fatigue and also a negative and significant relationship with family performance in all dimensions. Family performance can predict changes in the burden of care and fatigue of caregivers of the elderly with Alzheimer's. Therefore, it is a suitable criterion for assessing the burden of care and fatigue of family caregivers of these patients. Conclusions: This study confirmed the significant contribution of caring caregivers on fatigue and family function of elderly caregivers with Alzheimer's disease.
