هدف از مطالعه ی حاضر تعیین میزان معناداری ریسک فاکتور ناتوانی پس از شکستگی دیستال رادیوس می باشد. روش: 85 فرد حداقل شش ماه پس از شکستگی دیستال رادیوس وارد مطالعه شدند. از مقیاس اضطراب و افسردگی ، مقیاس درجه بندی عددی درد ، مقیاس ترس از حرکت و مقیاس درد فاجعه بارجهت سنجش وضعیت روانشناختی و شدت درد و از پرسشنامه خود اظهاری مچ دست برای سنجش میزان ناتوانی استفاده شد.یافته ها: ارتباط معناداری بین ترس از حرکت (85/0=r ، 000/0>p) ، درد فاجعه بار(84/0=r ، 000/0>p) ، شدت درد (74/0=r ، 000/0>p) ، اضطراب و افسردگی (68/0=r ، 000/0>p) و آسیب دیدن دست غالب (26/0=r ، 03/0p=) با ناتوانی مشاهده شد. بر اساس یافته های مدل رگرسیون گام گام ، متغیر ترس از حرکت و شدت درد 80 درصد از تغییرات واریانس نمره ناتوانی پس از شکستگی دیستال رادیوس را شامل شدند (89/0r= ، 000/0>p).نتیجه گیری: مطابق یافته های این پژوهش ، بیش از نیمی از تغییرات واریانس نمره ناتوانی 6 ماه پس از شکستگی دیستال رادیوس مربوط به ترس از حرکت و شدت درد است. انجام ارزیابی مداخلات روانشناختی در خصوص شناسایی عوامل روانشناختی در فازهای اولیه شکستگی دیستال رادیوس در کنار مداخلات توانبخشی توصیه می گردد.کلید واژه: شکستگی دیستال رادیوس ، عوامل روانشناختی ، شدت درد ، ناتوانی، ریسک فاکتور.

Propose: This study aimed to examine the significance level of disability risk factorsafter distal radius fracture.Method: 85 participants at least six-month after distal radius fracture were recruitedto the study. Anxiety and depression scale, numeric rating scale, Tampa scale ofkinesiophobia, and catastrophizing pain scale were used to determine patient’spsychological features and pain intensity, and patient-rated wrist evaluationquestionnaire were used to examine disability intensity.Results: There was significance relationship between kinesiophobia (r=0/85,p<0/000), catastrophizing pain (r=0/84, p<0/000), pain intensity (r=0/74, p<0/000),anxiety and depression (r=0/68, p<0/000), and injured-dominant hand (r=0/26,p=0/03) and disability. Kinesiophiba score and pain score accounted for 80% of thevariability in the PRWE score after distal radius fracture (r=0/89, p<0/000).Conclusion: Based on the study findings, kinesiophobia and pain intensity wereaccounted for more than half of the disability score variability six-month after distalradius fracture. Using psychological assessments following the early phase of distalradius fracture alongside rehabilitation intervention is recommended.Keywords: Distal radius fracture, Psychological factors, Pain intensity, Disability,Risk factor
