هدف :مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان شناختی رفتاری بر مشکلات درونی‌سازی کودکان دارای اختلالات برونی‌سازی انجام شد .روش :در این مطالعه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه کنترل، ۹۰ دانش‌آموز پسر دارای مشکلات رفتاری( با توجه به اظهار نظر معلم) از منطقه آموزشی ۱۵ شهر تهران انتخاب شدند .تمامی مادران چک لیست رفتاری کودک (CBCL) را تکمیل کردند و ۵۰ دانش‌آموز دارای نمره ۶۳ Tدر مقیاس برونی‌سازی به عنوان افراد دارای اختلالات برونی-سازی تشخیص داده شدند .سپس مادران به تکمیل مقیاس درونی‌سازی از چک لیست رفتاری کودک (CBCL) پرداختند و ۳۲ نفر که نمره بالا( ۶۰ T)در مقیاس درونی‌سازی کسب کردند به عنوان کودکان دارای مشکلات درونی‌سازی شناسایی شدند و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل( هر گروه ۱۶ نفر) جایگزین شدند .گروه آزمایش به ۲ گروه فرعی( هر گروه ۸ نفر) تقسیم شدند و در ۱۶ جلسه( هر جلسه به مدت ۱ ساعت و دو بار در هفته) درمان شناختی- رفتاری( برنامه گربه مقابله‌گر کندال) شرکت کردند و گروه کنترل فقط برنامه عادی مدرسه را دریافت نمود .پس از آخرین جلسه درمانی، مادران مجددا CBCL را تکمیل نمودند .داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت .یافته‌ها :نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیری نشان داد که مشکلات درونی‌سازی، نشانه‌های کناره‌گیری /افسردگی، شکایت‌های بدنی، و اضطراب /افسردگی گروه آزمایش پس از شرکت در جلسات درمان شناختی- رفتاری گربه مقابله گر کندال به طور معنادار کاهش یافته است .نتیجه‌گیری :می توان نتیجه گرفت که درمان شناختی رفتاری( برنامه گربه مقابله‌گر) احتمالا روش مؤثری در کاهش مشکلات درونی‌سازی کودکانی است که دارای اختلالات برونی‌سازی هستند .بنابراین، برنامه گربه مقابله‌گر می‌تواند برای پیشگیری از پیامدهای منفی مشکلات درونی سازی دانش‌آموزان دارای اختلالات برونی‌سازی از جمله ضعف در عملکرد تحصیلی و سازگاری اجتماعی ضعیف مورد استفاده قرار گیرد .کلید واژه‌ها :اختلالات برونی‌سازی، برنامه گربه مقابله‌گر کندال، درمان شناختی-رفتاری، مشکلات درونی‌سازی

Objective: The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy on internalizing problems in children who diagnosed as having externalizing disorders. Method: In this experimental study with pretest and posttest design with control group, 90 male students were selected (regarding to their teachers declaration about having behavior problem) from elementary schools located in 15th educational district in Tehran City. The childrens mothers completed the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) and 50 students whose scores equaled with 63 and higher in externalizing scale were diagnosed as individuals with externalizing disorders. Afterwards, the mothers completed internalizing scale for the students and 32 individuals who acquired T score60 were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups in equal. The experimental group was divided in two subgroups (8 individuals per group) and participated in 16 cognitive-behavior therapy (Coping Cat program) sessions (1 hour for each session; twice a week). The control group received only the mainstream program of the school. After the last session, their mothers completed the CBCL again. The data were analyzed by one-way analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Results: The results of one-way ANCOVA showed that the internalizing problems, withdrawn/depressed, somatic complaints, and anxious/depressed symptoms of the experimental group have significantly reduced after participating in the cognitive-behavioral therapy sessions. Conclusion: It can be concluded that cognitive behavioral therapy (Coping Cat program) probably is an effective method for reducing internalizing problems of children with externalizing disorders. Therefore, the program can be used to prevent the negative consequences of the internalizing problems such as poor academic performance and social adaptation of the students with externalizing disorders.
