هدف :ارزیابی اعتبار و تکرار پذیری پرسش نامه راهبردهای مقابله ای (CSQ) در افراد دارای گردن درد مزمن غیر اختصاصی روش :۱۲۳ فرد ۱۸ تا ۵۵ سال در این طرح شرکت داشتند .بعد از ۷ روز، ۹۴ نفر داوطلب پرسش نامه را برای بار دوم تکمیل کردند .برای ارزیابی اعتبار سازه، توانایی CSQ برای سنجش راهبردهای مقابله ای افراد بر اساس جنسیت، شدت درد، سطح تحصیلات و فعالیت فیزیکی و همچنین ارتباط نمرات این پرسش نامه با نمره پرسش نامه های کیفیت زندگی(SF -۱۲)، باورهای احتزاری ترس، پرهیز(FABQ) ، مقیاس فاجعه آمیز پنداشتن درد(PCS) ، مقیاس ناتوانی گردن (NDI) و مقیاس ترس از حرکت تمپا (TSK) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت .آلفای کرونباخ برای بررسی هم خوانی درونی و ICC و SEM برای بررسی تکرارپذیری مطلق و نسبی محاسبه گردید .یافته ها :همخوانی درونی عالی( ۰/۸۵) و تکرار پذیری نیز بالاتر از سطح قابل قبول( ۰/۷۰) بود .زیر مقیاس فاجعه آفرینی با بقیه پرسش نامه ها دارای ارتباط متوسط به بالا>(p ۰۵/۰) بود .این پرسش نامه توانست تفاوت راهبردهای مقابله ای افراد دارای گردن درد مزمن غیر اختصاصی را بین افراد با جنسیت، سطح تحصیلات، شدت درد و سطح فعالیت فیزیکی مختلف نشان دهد .نتیجه :نسخه فارسی پرسش نامه CSQ در افراد دارای گردن درد مزمن غیر اختصاصی دارای تکرارپذیری بالا و اعتبار سازه پایینی بود .فقط زیر مقیاس فاجعه آفرینی این پرسش نامه با بقیه پرسش نامه ها ارتباط بالایی داشت .این پرسش نامه برای ارزیابی راهبردهای مقابله ای در افراد دارای گردن درد مزمن غیر اختصاصی در ایران ویژگی های روان سنجی قابل قبولی دارد .واژگان کلیدی :راهبردهای مقابله ای،CSQ ، گردن درد مزمن غیر اختصاصی

Purpose: To assess psychometric properties of Persian version of the coping strategies questionnaire in Iranian with non-specific chronic neck pain. Method: Participants included 123 subjects with chronic neck pain aged between 18 to 55 years. The CSQ was administrated by self-report. With an interval of 5-7 days, 94 volunteers completed the questionnaire in the retest session. To evaluate the construct validity, the ability of CSQ to discriminate people based on sex, level of education, and physical activity was assessed. The correlation with the Short Form of Health Survey (SF-12), Tampa scale for kinesiophobia (TSK), visual analogue scale (VAS), fear-avoidance beliefs questionnaire (FABQ), pain catastrophizing scale (PCS), and neck disability index was also determined to test validity. Cronbach's alpha was used for internal consistency, intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC), standard error of measurement (SEM) and minimal detectable change (MDC) for reliability, and nonparametric tests for group differences and also spearman correlations for construct validity. Results: Internal consistency was excellent (0.85). All ICCs were above the acceptable level of 0.70 with the highest reliability obtained for the praying subscale in both test and retest sessions. The catastrophizing subscale had a moderate correlation with PCS, TSK, SF-12, FABQ and NDI. CSQ had the ability to discriminate the participants based on sex, educational level, and physical activity. Conclusions: CSQ demonstrated acceptable measurement properties to assess coping strategies in Iranian with non-specific chronic neck pain. Keywords: Coping stategiew, CSQ, chronic neck pain
