زمینه و هدف :دست ها اولین راه انتقال بسیاری از بیماری های عفونی، به ویژه در میان کودکان سن مدرسه می باشد .با توجه به مراکز کنترل و پیشگیری از بیماری ها و انجمن کنترل عفونت و اپیدمیولوژی، شستن دست ساده تنها ومهم ترین روش جلوگیری از گسترش بیماری های عفونی است .بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت موضوع توجه به امر شستشوی دست با آب و صابون و مواد گندزدا در واحدهای آموزشی نیز برای کنترل و جلوگیری از انتقال عفونت مهم می باشد .با توجه به اهمیت موضوع شستشوی دست در جلوگیری از بروز بیماریها هدف از این تحقیق تعیین تاثیر برنامه آموزش شستشوی دست بر آگاهی، نگرش و نحوه شستشوی دست دانش آموزان پایه سوم دبستان مدارس شهر تهران بود .مواد و روش :دراین مطالعه ۷۶ دانش آموز پایه سوم مقطع ابتدایی مدارس شهر تهران که بر اساس معیارهای ورود به مطالعه به طور تصادفی با نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای از مناطق آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران یک ناحیه به صورت تصادفی خوشه ای انتخاب شد .انتخاب دو مدرسه پسرانه و دو مدرسه دخترانه به طور تصادفی و سپس تخصیص تصادفی یک مدرسه پسرانه و یک مدرسه دخترانه به عنوان گروه مداخله(آموزش شیوه صحیح شستشوی دست و اهمیت شستشوی دست ) و یک مدرسه پسرانه و یک مدرسه دخترانه در گروه کنترل( بدون آموزش) به صورت پیش آزمون و پس آزمون قرار گرفتند .طی ۳ جلسه ۲۵-۲۰ دقیقه ای کلاس آموزشی مباحث به صورت هفته ای به دانش آموزان گروه مداخله ارائه شد .جهت گردآوری داده ها در هر دو گروه مداخله و کنترل از پرسش نامه ی عمومی پرسشنامه آگاهی سنج، پرسشنامه نگرش سنج، چک لیست بررسی عملکرد شستشوی دست کودک که با همکاری مربی بهداشت پر شده بود، استفاده شد که تمام ابزار مورد استفاده محقق ساخته می باشد و روایی و پایایی آن ها با استفاده از آزمون CVR مورد تایید قرار گرفته است .همچنین خصوصیات دموگرافیک کودکان نیز ثبت گردید .یافته‌ها :نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که اختلاف معنی‌داری بین آگاهی دانش آموزان پایه سوم در بین گروه مداخله(۶۱.۱۷۹.۶۹) و کنترل( ۱۸.۱۰۳.۴۹)وجود داشت>(P ۰۵.۰ .)همچنین نگرش دانش آموزان در نتیجه آموزش بهبود یافت و گروه مداخله( ۶۵.۰۳۷.۶۲)در مقایسه با گروه کنترل( ۷۳.۰۴۵.۴۸)نگرش خیلی خوبی نسبت به رعایت بهداشت و شستشوی دست داشتند>(P۰۵.۰ .)در سطح عملکرد از نیز در گروه مداخله( ۳۳.۱۷۶.۵۶) عملکرد بهداشتی نسبت به گروه کنترل(۶۷.۰۰۸.۴۰) بهبود یافت>(P ۰۵.۰ .)نتیجه گیری: با کمک آموزش به صورت عملی، تهیه پوستر و فیلم آموزشی در مدارس می توان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد کودکان را به رعایت موارد بهداشتی و بهبود و کیفیت شستشوی دست بالا برد.کاربرد این مطالعه برای مربیان و معلمان بهداشت در ارتقاءسطح سلامت و بهبود وضعیت بهداشتی در آموزش مدارس و گروه های درمان و آموزش پزشکی و مربیان پرستاری در دانشگاه های پرستاری می باشد .کلمات کلیدی :شستشوی دست، آگاهی، نگرش، عملکرد، کودکان، بهداشت

Background and Objective: Hands are the first way to transmit many infectious diseases, especially among school age children. According to the centers of disease control and prevention and the society for the control of infection and epidemiology, the simple handwashing is the only and the most effective way to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Therefore, considering the importance of the issue, attention to hand-washing with soap and water and disinfectants in educational units is also important for controlling and preventing transmission of infection. Considering the importance of handwashing to prevent the onset of illness, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of handwashing instruction on knowledge, attitude and manner of washing the hands of the third grade elementary school students in Tehran. Materials and Method: In this study, 76 students were enrolled in the elementary school in Tehran based on specific criteria and a preliminary study with an average age of 8-10 years was randomly divided into two intervention groups (training of the proper method of washing Hand and handwashing importance) and control group (without training) as pre-test and post-test. During the 3 sessions of the 20-25 minutes, the classroom was presented to the students of the intervention group on a weekly basis. To collect data in both intervention and control groups, a questionnaire was used for knowledge, attitude, checklist for hand-washing children's performance, completed by a teacher of health and hygiene. The demographic characteristics of children were also measured. Results: The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference between the knowledge of the third grade students in the intervention group (69.79 1.61) and control (49.03 1.18) (P <0.05). Students' attitude was also improved as a result of training, and control group (73.48 0.45) had a good attitude towards hygiene and washing (p <0.05) compared to the intervention group (62.37 0.6). In the control group (37.0 40.08), hygienic performance improved (56.76 1.33) compared to the intervention group(P<0.05). Conclusion: With the help of practical training, the provision of posters and educational films in schools, children's awareness, attitude and practice can be improved to take into account health and improvement and quality of hand washing. The use of this study for educators and health teachers in promoting health and improvement Health status is in the education of schools and medical treatment and education groups and nursing educators in nursing universities.
