هدف :کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم(ASD) ، اغلب در تمام جنبه‌های تحول و عملکرد( از جمله :مهارت‌های اجتماعی، حرکتی، زبان، شناخت اجتماعی و مهارت‌های تحصیلی، استفاده و فهم تماس چشمی، حالات چهره و ایما و اشاره در تماس با افراد دیگر)، مشکل دارند .با توجه به مشکلات ارتباط کلامی در این کودکان و ضعف مداخلات موجود در علاقه‌مند کردن و ایجاد انگیزه برای انجام فعالیت، برای رفع این مشکلات، از مداخلات رفتاری استفاده می‌شود .پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی تحلیل رفتار کاربردی (ABA)و درمان پاسخ محور (PRT)بر ارتباط کلامی کودکان با اختلال طیف اتیسم صورت گرفت .روش :در این مداخله کارآزمایی بالینی با گمارش تصادفی و پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری انجام شده است .۴۵ کودک اتیستیک ۶-۱۱ ساله که طبق معیارهای ورود و خروج از مطالعه بر اساس سن و جنس همتا بودند از مدارس و کلینیک‌های مخصوص کودکان اتیستیک شهر قم انتخاب و بعد از ارزیابی اولیه به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند .۱۵ آزمودنی در گروه آزمایشی تحلیل رفتار کاربردی (ABA)و ۱۵ آزمودنی در گروه آزمایشی درمان پاسخ محور (PRT)و ۱۵ آزمودنی دیگر در گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند .سپس جلسات مداخله در ۲۰ جلسه طی ۳ ماه(هفته‌ای ۲ جلسه ۶۰ دقیقه‌ای) برگزار شد .آزمودنی‌های هر سه گروه قبل و بعد از مداخله همچنین سه ماه بعد از آخرین جلسه مداخله با استفاده از پرسشنامه مهارت‌های ارتباطی کودکان ارزیابی شدند .داده‌های پیش آزمون- پس آزمون و پیگیری با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس اندازه گیری مکرر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت .یافته‌ها :نتایج حاصل از تحلیل واریانس اندازه گیری مکرر(چند متغیری و تک متغیری) نشان داد بین میانگین نمرات گروه‌های آزمایشی و گواه در نمرات ارتباط کلامی، وضوح گفتار، توانایی نحوی، زبان کلیشه‌ای، ارتباط مناسب و تنوع علایق تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد(۰/۰۵ .>p)همچنین بین گروه‌های آزمایشی نیز در افزایش ارتباط مناسب و تنوع علایق تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد(۰/۰۵ .>p)نتیجه گیری :هر دو روش ABA و PRT در افزایش ارتباط کلامی موثرند .روش PRT نسبت به روش ABA برتری داشت لیکن تفاوت دو گروه با یک دیگر معنادار نیست که نشان دهنده قدرت بالای هر دو روش مداخله است .بنابراین این روش‌ها به درمانگران و خانواده‌های دارای کودک اتیستیک توصیه می‌شود .کلید واژه‌ها :اتیسم، ارتباط کلامی، درمان پاسخ محور، تحلیل رفتار کاربردی

Introduction: Children with ASD are often have problems in some of their function (including social skills, mobility, language, social cognition and academic skills, use and understanding of eye contact, facial expressions, and referencing in contact with Other people). Regarding the problems of verbal communication in these children and the weakness of interventions in interest and motivation for doing activities, to address these problems, behavioral interventions are used. The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) on verbal communication in children with autism spectrum disorder. Materials and Method: In this intervention, a clinical trial was conducted and pre-test, post-test and follow-up were used. 45 autistic children aged 6-11 years old who were matched according to the criteria of entering and leaving the study based on their age and sex, were selected from schools and clinics specializing in autistic children in Qom city. After initial evaluation, they were randomly divided into two experimental and one control groups. 15 subjects were assigned to the ABA and 15 subjects in the PRT group and 15 subjects in the control group. Then, the intervention sessions were held in 20 sessions in 3 months (2 times per week for 60 minutes). Subjects in the three groups were assessed before and after the intervention, three months after the last session by children communication skills questionnaire. Data were analyzed by repeated measure ANOVA using pre-test, post-test and follow-up. Results: The results of repeated measures of variance (multivariate and one-variable) showed that the difference between mean scores of experimental and control groups in verbal communication, speech clarity, syntactic ability, stereotypical language, proper relationship and diversity Interest, are significant (p <0.05). Also, there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in increasing the appropriate relationship and the variety of interests (p <0.05). Conclusion: Both ABA and PRT methods are effective in verbal communication. The PRT method was superior to the ABA method, but the difference between the two groups was not significant, which indicates the high power of both methods of intervention. Therefore, these methods are recommended to therapists and families with autistic children. Key words: Autism, Verbal communication, Pivotal Response Treatment(PRT), Applied Behavior Analysis(ABA)
