پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر بازی درمانی گروهی بر مهارت های ارتباطی ـ اجتماعی کودکان ۵ تا ۸ سال مبتلا به اتیسم با عملکرد بالا انجام شد .این مطالعه از نوع شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون ـ پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود و جامعه مورد مطالعه آن را تمامی کودکان پسر مبتلا به اتیسم سنین ۵ تا ۸ سال که در سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۲-۹۳ به بنیاد خیریه کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم مراجعه کرده بودند تشکیل داد .با استفاده از نمونه گیری در دسترس و هدفمند، ۱۸ کودک( با احتساب ریزش، ۱۲ نفر) انتخاب و به تعداد مساوی و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند .گروه آزمایش افزون بر خدمات آموزشی بنیاد، در ۲۰ جلسه ۴۵-۶۰ دقیقه ای بازی درمانی گروهی شرکت کردند ولی گروه کنترل در این جلسات حضور نیافتند .با استفاده از مقیاس درجه بندی اتیسم گیلیام، هر یک از افراد هر دو گروه، ۳ مرتبه( ۱ بار قبل از مداخله، ۱ بار پس از آخرین جلسه مداخله، و یک ماه پس از آن) مورد اندازه گیری قرار گرفتند .داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت .برای بررسی پایداری اثر مداخله متغیر مستقل بر متغیر وابسته، از آزمون اندازه گیری مکرر استفاده شد .نتایج بیانگر آن بود که بازی درمانی گروهی به طور کلی بر مهارت های ارتباطی ـ اجتماعی، ارتباط، تعامل اجتماعی و رفتارهای کلیشه ای کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم مؤثر است .می توان نتیجه گرفت که بازی درمانی گروهی، منجر به بهبود مهارت های ارتباطی ـ اجتماعی، ارتباط، تعامل اجتماعی و رفتارهای کلیشه ای کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم می شود و می توان بازی را به عنوان یک روش آموزشی مناسب برای این گروه از کودکان مورد استفاده قرار داد .همچنین می توان بازی درمانی گروهی را به عنوان بخشی از برنامه آموزش خانواده و یا یکی از محورهای اصلی در طراحی برنامه های پیش دبستانی کودکان مبتلا به اتیسم پیشنهاد کرد .کلید واژه ها :کودکان، اتیسم با عملکرد بالا، مهارت های ارتباطی ـ اجتماعی، بازی درمانی گروهی

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group play therapy on communication and social skills among children aged 5 to 8 with high functioning autism. This was a quasi-experimental study with a pretest and a pro test pattern with a control group. Eitheen 5-8 years old children with high functioning autism (12 individuals considering with the drop out) who were enrolled in Autism Charity Organization in 2013-2014 academic year, selected inconvenience and purposeful. They were assigned to experimental and control group. The experimental group participated in 20 group play therapy sessions 45-60 minutes per session) in addition to the mainstream programs in Autism Charity Organization, but control group did not. All subjects were assessed by Using the Gilliam Autism Rating Scale (GARS) three times (before and after the intervention with 1-month interval after the intervention). The data were analyzed with the analysis of covariance. Repeated measure was used for assessing the stability of the effects of intervention on dependent variable. Findings showed that the group play therapy has a positive effect on communication and social skills, communication and social interactions and also stereotyped behaviors in children with autism. Hence, it can be concluded that the group play therapy has influenced on promotion of communication and social skills, social interactions and stereotyped behaviors in children with high functioning autism. So, it can be used as an effective method for educating children with autism as well as for planning the program for family training, and promoting communication in preschool children with high functioning autism.
