مقدمه و هدف : اوستئوآرتریت یک بیماری پیشرونده و شایع‌ترین فرم التهاب مفصلی است که بیشترین عامل ناتوانی در افراد مسن می باشد .اوستئوآرتریت زانو اغلب همراه با درد مفصل، خشکی، تورم، محدودیت حرکت، صدای مفصلی و افزایش حساسیت مفصلی است .بیشترین عوامل ناتوانی در بیماران ، درد و محدودیت عملکرد است .مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی پایایی، روایی و قابلیت پاسخ دهی پرسشنامه ی KOOS به طور اختصاصی در جامعه ی بیماران ایرانی مبتلا به اوستئوآرتریت زانو طراحی گردید .مواد و روش ها : مطالعه به صورت متدولوژیک و از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه‌های KOOS وSF -۳۶ در ۴۷ بیمار به انجام رسید .برای ارزیابی تکرارپذیری یک نمونه ۹۷ نفر از آنها پرسشنامه های دوم را به فاصله ی ۷ روز تکمیل کردند .برای ارزیابی قابلیت پاسخ دهی از ۴۷ بیمار خواسته شد تا پرسشنامه ها را قبل و بعد از مداخله فیزیوتراپی کامل کنند .برای ارزیابی اعتبار سازه از ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن بین نمرات خرده مقیاس های KOOS وSF -۳۶ استفاده شد .برای ارزیابی تکرارپذیری و هم خوانی درونی به ترتیب ICC و آلفای کرونباخ مورد محاسبه قرار گرفت .با محاسبه ی اندازه اثر و میانگین پاسخ استاندارد، بررسی قابلیت پاسخ دهی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت .یافته ها : تکرار پذیری در دفعات آزمون و هم خوانی درونی عالی برای پرسشنامه ی KOOS به دست آمد .ارتباط قوی معنادار بین نمرات پرسشنامه ی KOOS وSF -۳۶ در ساختارهای مشابه وجود داشت .قابلیت پاسخ دهی مناسب جهت تشخیص تغییرات معنادار در طی زمان برای پرسشنامه KOOS در مداخله فیزیوتراپی به دست آمد .نتیجه گیری : نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه KOOS دارای روایی، پایایی و قابلیت پاسخ دهی

Background and objective: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a progressive disease and the most prevalent form of arthritis, which is the most factor of disability in eldery people.This disease is often followed by joint pain and restriction of movement, crepitus and increment of joint sensitivity. The most disability operant in knee OA patients is pain and functional limitation. Evaluating the reliability,validity and responsiveness of Persian KOOS questionnaire in Iranian patients society with knee Osteoarthritis is the purpose of this study. Material and methods: A group of 147 patients completed the Persian KOOS and Short Form-36 (SF-36). A sample of 97 patients filled the questionnaires in first and second meeting (7 days interval) for define testretest reliability.For responsiveness, 47 patients asked to complete the Persian KOOS before and after a physiotherapy intervention. To evaluate construct validity the results of Spearmans correlation coefficient of the KOOS comparing with the Persian SF-36. For evaluating test-retest reliability, the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was used and internal consistency was assessed too. Responsiveness was evaluated by the results of effect size (ES) and standardized response means (SRM). Results: The acceptable level of internal consistency and test-retest reliability were obtained for the Persian KOOS. Strong positive correlations were seen between the KOOS and SF-36 subscales measuring similar constructs.The result of responsiveness showed that the KOOS could be considered as a valid measure for quantifying change after physical therapy intervention. Conclusion: In conclusion, the Persian version of the KOOS Was a reliable, valid and responsive outcome measure for patients who speaking Persian with knee osteoarthritis.
