مقدمه :با توجه به روند روزافزون گسترش اعتیاد در جامعه، این مسئله یکی از مشکلات اجتماعی جدی و دارای اولویت برای مدیران و برنامه ریزان سلامت در بسیاری از کشورهای جهان محسوب می‌شود .در صورت شناخت عوامل تأثیرگذار بر استعداد اعتیاد در بین نوجوانان می‌توان درزمینه پیشگیری از آسیب‌های اجتماعی برنامه‌ریزی انجام داد .هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی رابطه ویژگی‌های شبکه اجتماعی با سلامت روان و استعداد اعتیاد پذیری دانش آموزان دبیرستانی شهر تهران هست .روش:در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر۶۵۰ دانش‌آموز در پایه و رشته‌های مختلف مقطع دبیرستان با روش نمونه‌گیری چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب‌شده و پرسشنامه‌های استعداد اعتیاد، سلامت روان و شبکه اجتماعی تکمیل گردید .به‌منظور تعیین ارتباط استعداد اعتیاد با دیگر متغیرها از روش‌های تحلیل دومتغیره و به‌منظور تعیین اثر پیش‌بینی کنندگی از رگرسیون خطی چندگانه استفاده شد .یافته‌ها:بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر میانگین( انحراف معیار) استعداد اعتیاد و سلامت روان به ترتیب۶۷.۲۰(۵۳.۳) و ۴۸.۱۵( ۴.۶) بود .در تحلیل‌های دومتغیره بین ویژگی‌های شبکه اجتماعی و سلامت روان بااستعداد اعتیاد رابطه معنادار دیده شد(۰۱.۰ .)Pهمچنین بر اساس نتایج مدل رگرسیونی از میان عوامل موردمطالعه متغیرهای سلامت روان، جنس، سطح تحصیلات والدین و سیگاری بودن خواهر به‌عنوان متغیرهای پیش‌بینی کننده استعداد اعتیاد در مدل باقی ماندند(۰۵.۰ )Pنتیجه‌گیری ::نتایج حاصل از مطالعه حاضر گویای این است که دیدگاه شبکه اجتماعی در شناخت بهتر رفتارها و سلامت نوجوانان می‌تواند کمک‌کننده باشد .بر این اساس به نظر می‌رسد برای هرگونه برنامه‌ریزی درزمینه پیشگیری از مصرف مواد در نوجوانان توجه به عوامل فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی بایستی توأمان باشد کلیدواژه‌ها :شبکه اجتماعی، استعداد اعتیاد، سلامت روان، دانش آموزان دبیرستانی، شهر تهران

Background: Spread of addiction in socio-economic structures, is a notable social problem for health managers and planners in many countries. So it is important to know the factors associated to the behaviors which related substance abuse in adolescents. The aim of this study was to determine thesocial network, mental health in addiction potential of high school students in Tehran. Method: This cross-sectional study with using multi stage sampling was performed among 650 high school students in Tehran. Addiction Potential Scale (APS), General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12) and Adolescent Social Network Assessment (ASNA) were used to assess variables. Multiple linear regression models were applied to identify the adjusted association between additional potential and other variables. Result: Among the participants 327 (50.3 ) were male and 323 (49.7 ) were female students. The mean of Addiction potential and mental health were 20.67 (SD=3.53) and 15.48 (SD=6.49).There is a significant relationship between social networks, mental health with addiction potential (P0.01).The addiction potential after adjusting for the other factors was associated significantly with, gender, family education, role of social network mental health and family members smoking (P0.05.). Conclusion: Results of the present study support a social network approach in understanding adolescent health behavior. So it can provide promotion of knowledge about prevention of drug use among adolescent and might be used in preventive strategies.
