مقدمه : با توجه به اینکه یکی از مشکلات سالمندان تنهایی می باشد ، ازدواج به عنوان یک راهکار جهت افزایش کیفیت زندگی و کاهش تنهایی سالمندان توصیه شده است، اما مطالعات کافی که میزان رضایت از ازدواج دوران سالمندی را بررسی کرده باشد وجود ندارد . هدف پژوهش حاضربررسی میزان رضایت از ازدواج و عوامل مرتبط در سالمندانی است که در دوران سالمندی ازدواج کرده بودند .روش کار : پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی به روش مقطعی ،که در سال ۱۳۹۵ بر روی ۱۹۰ نفر از افراد ۶۰ ساله و بالاتر شهرستان سنندج که در دوران سالمندی ازدواج‌کرده بودند ، با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انجام شد .داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه زوجی اینریچ توسط پرسشگر جمع‌آوری و جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارspss ۲۳ استفاده شد . یافته‌ها :میانگین سنی مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش ۶۸/۳۵سال بود .از ۱۹۰ نفر سالمند۳۱/۶ درصد زن و ۶۸/۴ درصد مرد بودند .نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد سن با زیر مقیاس رضایت زناشویی=r ۱۶.۰ >p , ۰۵/۰) ) و سن همسر =(R - ۱۶.۰=P ۰۲.۰) ، مدت ازدواج=(R - ۲۶.۰>P , ۰۰۱.۰ ) با زیر مقیاس ارتباطات رابطه معنادار معکوس دارند .نتایج آزمون آنوا نشان داد تحصیلات با زیر مقیاس های رضایت زناشویی ، ارتباطات ، حل تعارض رابطه معنا دار دارد . همچنین آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که بیماری زمینه ای با مقیاس ارتباطات رابطه معنادار دارد>(p۰۵/۰ . )نتیجه گیری : نتایج این پژوهش که برای اولین بار( با توجه به دانش پژوهشگر) در کشور انجام شد ، نشان داد که سالمندان نسبت به ازدواج دوران سالمندی رضایت بسیار خوبی دارند .نتایج مطالعه می تواند منبعی مناسب جهت مطالعات بیشتر برای استفاده خانواده ها ، مشاورین و مسئولان ذیربط جهت تشویق سالمندان به ازدواج دوران سالمندی و فراهم نمودن شرایط مناسب برای آنان مورد استفاده واقع شو

Background: One of the main problems facing elderly people is loneliness; therefore, marriage has been proposed as a solution for improving elderly people's quality of life and lowering their loneliness. However, the literature on satisfaction from elderly marriage is scarce. Thus, the present study was conducted to assess marital satisfaction status and related factors in elderly people who got married in old age. Method: A cross-sectional design was employed. This research was conducted in 2016 on 190 older adults 60 years and over in Sanandaj who got married in old age. The sample for this study was chosen based on convenience method. The data for this study were gathered using Enrich's couple questionnaire. The descriptive and inferential statistics were conducted using SPSS version 23. Results: The total sample included 190 participants (31/6 females and 68/4 males). The mean age of the participants was 35/68 (SD=85/7). More than 60 of the elderly people in this study reported their marital satisfaction as good and very good. The results of Pearson correlation test showed that there's a negative correlation between age and sexual satisfaction measure (r=0/16, p<0.05), wife's age (r=0/16 p=0/02)and marriage duration(r=0.26 p<0/001 with relationships' scale. the results of ANOVA showed that there's a significant relationship between education level with marriage satisfaction (F (2/187)= 3/91, P=0/022) and subscales of sexual satisfaction, relationships and conflict resolution. The results of independent T-test showed that the background disease has a significant relationship with relations scales (P<0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showing high level of marital satisfaction among older adults who got married in old age may be used as a reference to encourage elderly people to get married.
