Objective: Musculoskeletal disorders in administrative work environments are a serious threat to employees. Therefore, in order to reduce these disorders, various interventions have been carried out on administrative staff in different organizations. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of ergonomic interventions on musculoskeletal disorders in North Khorasan Health Center staff. Materials & methods: In this study, a demographic questionnaire was completed for the staff of the North Khorasan Health Center. Then, using the entry and exit criteria, 54 people remained in the study. Using the tools of the demographic questionnaire-RULA -ROSA and the Cornel, the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders Evaluated. The subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups of 18, and for an 8-week period, an intervention package including group 1 : leaflet + chair group 2 : leaflet + chair+ Education - group 3: leaflet was applied for each group. After the interventions groups, were evaluated by the aforementioned tools and the results were compared with software and statistical tests. Results: After performing the interventions, statistical tests were performed on the three groups in the study; - There is a meaningful relationship between the final RULA score after the intervention in groups 1 and 2 (p-value = 0). - There is a significant relationship between the final ROSA after intervention in groups 1 and 2 (p-value = 0.001). - There is a meaningful relationship between the final RULA score after intervention in groups 2 and 3 (p-value = 0.001). - There is a meaningful relationship between the final ROSA score after intervention in groups 2 and 3 (p-value = 0.001). Conclusion:with regarding to results ,can concluded Education of the Staff about ergonomic principles and ergonomic interventions leading correction of in apopariate postures reducing ,Strengthening Exercise and regulating of work station application have a significant effect in Staff Musculoskeletal Disorders reduction.
