هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی رفتاری-سیستمی بر افزایش مهارتهای ارتباطی و سازگاری زناشویی است .روش پژوهش از نوع تک موردی است .از میان مراجعه کنندگان به کلینیک ایرانیان سه زوج به طور هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به مدت ۶ جلسه تحت درمان قرار گرفتند .با استفاده از طرح AB رفتارها در طول خط پایه، مداخله و پیگیری بررسی و ثبت گردید .برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه مهارتهای ارتباطی جرابک و مقیاس سازگاری زناشویی اسپاینر (DAS) و به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل چشمی استفاده شد .یافته‌ها نشان داد که زوج‌درمانی رفتاری-سیستمی در افزایش مهارتهای ارتباطی و سازگاری زناشویی موثر است .واژه‌های کلیدی :مهارتهای ارتباطی ، سازگاری زناشویی، زوج درمانی رفتاری- سیستمی .
Text of Note
The objective of this dissertation is to study the effectiveness of the behavioral-systems couple therapy on enhancing the skills of communication and marital adjustment. The research method adopted in this study was single subject. Among all the clients of the Iranian clinic, three couples were elected and for 6 sessions they received treatment. By employing the AB scheme, behaviors were measured along the base-line, and then treatment and follow-ups were analyzed and documented. To gather data, the Communication Skills Questionnaire and Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS) were used, and in order to analyze the acquired data, the Visual Analysis was applied. The findings confirm that the Behavioral-systems couple therapy has been effective in the improvement of communication skills and marital adjustment.
