زمینه :ادراک بینایی ازجمله اعمال شناختی است که در کودکان فلج مغزی آسیب می‌صبیند .هدف این مطالعه، مقایسه مهارت‌های ادراک بینایی کودکان فلج مغزی12 - 6سال بر اساس شدت درگیری عملکرد حرکتی درشت آنها می‌صباشد .روش‌صها :این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی بود که به صورت مقطعی انجام شد .جامعه هدف کودکان فلج مغزی12 - 6 ساله و نمونه‌صهای در دسترس از کودکان مراکز توانبخشی شهر کرج بودند که از بین آنها 67 کودک با نمونه گیری غیر احتمالی ساده طبق معیارهای ورود انتخاب شدند .ابزارهای مورد استفاده آزمون مهارت‌صهای ادراک بیناییR) - (TVPSبرای ارزیابی مهارت های ادراک بینایی، سامانه طبقه بندی عملکرد حرکتی درشتR)& (GMFME، برای ارزیابی شدت ضایعه عملکرد حرکتی درشت بودند .تجزیه و تحلیل آماری از طریق آزمونهای کولموگروف اسمیرنف و کروسکال والیس انجام شد .یافتهها :میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره کل بهره ادراک بینایی در گروه خفیف 83/74 4/27 و گروه متوسط 26/63 4/16گروه شدید 69/75 02/21 بود .بین مهارت های هفت گانه ادراک بینایی در سه حیطه شدت فلج مغزی) خفیف و متوسط و شدید (تفاوت معناداری یافت نشد .(<(05/0pنتیجه گیری :نتایج نشان داد که ادراک بینایی در کودکان فلج مغزی وابسته به سطح عملکرد حرکتی درشت آنها نمی‌باشد .بدین معنا که آسیب بیشتر در عملکرد حرکتی درشت منجر به تشدید نقایص ادراک بینایی در این کودکان نمی شود .کلید واژه ها :بهره ادراک بینایی، عملکرد حرکتی درشت، کودک فلج مغزی

Objective: Visual perception is one of the cognitive functions that damage in children with cerebral palsy (CP) who have a motor and developmental disability. This study aimed to assess the visual perception skills of children with CP based on gross motor function levels. Material and Methods: This research was a cross sectional study that performed on 67 children 6-12 years old with CP from the rehabilitation clinics in the Karaj city. They were selected by simple sampling. Clinical tests were Test of Visual Perception Skills- Revised (TVPS-R) for the evaluation of visual perception skills, Gross Motor Measure Function Classification System Expanded & Revised (GMFCS E&R) to assess the severity of gross motor function lesions. The data were analyzed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Kruskal-Wallis statistical tests. Results: The total mean scores of visual perception skills in the children with mild moderate and sever levels were 74/8327/4, 63/36 16/4 and 75/6921/02, respectively. There were no significant differences in seven items of visual perception skills in three areas of CP severity (mild, moderate and severe levels based on GMFCS E&R) (p>0/05). Conclusion: The results showed that the visual perception skills is not depends on the gross motor function levels in children with CP. It suggests that more damage in gross motor function has no impact on visual perception skills in these children. Key words: Visual perceptual quotient, Gross Motor Function, Cerebral palsy child.
