مقدمه و اهداف خطاهای گفتاری کودکان با سندرم داون بی‌صثبات هستند، به‌صطوریکه کودک در هربار تولید یک کلمه، آن را به‌صصورت‌صهای مختلف تولید می‌صکند .مداخله واژگان پایه برای افزایش ثبات تولیدی در کودکان دارای اختلال بی‌صثباتی طراحی شده است .هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی مداخله واژگان پایه بر وضوح گفتار کودکان با سندرم داون آموزش‌صپذیر11 - 7فارسی زبان بود .مواد و روش‌صها این مطالعه در قالب یک طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون انجام شد 4 .کودک با سندرم داون11 - 7ساله در این پژوهش شرکت داشتند .برای هر آزمودنی 12 تا 14 جلسه درمانی برگزار شد .درمان از طریق 70 واژه هدف صورت گرفت .تعمیم ثبات تولیدی از طریق واژه‌صهای کنترل ارزیابی شد .ابزارهای مورد استفاده عبارتند از :آزمون بی‌صثباتی نسخه فارسی مجموعه آزمون ارزیابی تشخیصی آوایی و واجی و آزمون وضوح تک کلمات 7 .نقطه ارزیابی در این مطالعه وجود داشت2 :هفته قبل از مداخله،1 هفته قبل از مداخله، درست قبل از مداخله، درست بعد از مداخله،1 هفته بعد از مداخله، 2 هفته بعد از مداخله و 6 ماه بعد از مداخله .علاوه بر این 10 شنونده ناآشنا وضوح گفتار کودکان را از طریق صدای ضبط شده آن‌صها قبل و بعد از اجرای مداخله قضاوت کردند .تمامی تحلیل‌صها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 18 صورت گرفت .جهت مقایسه تغییرات و پیشرفت آزمودنی‌صها بعد از درمان، از آزمون‌صهایWilk - Shapiroوsample T Test - Pairedاستفاده شد .یافته‌صها ثبات تولیدی در تولید تک کلمات بعد از اجرای مداخله واژگان پایه افزایش پیدا کرد .همچنین ثبات تولیدی بدست آمده به واژه‌صهای کنترل نیز تعمیم یافت .علاوه بر این وضوح گفتار کودکان نیز بعد از اجرای مداخله افزایش یافت .بحث و نتیجه‌صگیری بر اساس یافته‌صهای حاصل از این پژوهش به نظر می‌صرسد مداخله واژگان پایه بر افزایش ثبات تولیدی و وضوح گفتار کودکان با سندرم داون مؤثر بوده است .مطالعات بیشتری جهت اطمینان از اثربخشی و اندازه اثر مداخله واژگان پایه در افزایش ثبات و صحت تولیدی و افزایش وضوح گفتار در زبان‌صهای دیگر لازم است .واژگان کلیدی ثبات ، مداخله واژگان پایه، سندرم داون، ، وضوح، اثربخشی، فارسی

Background and Aim: Speech errors in children with Down Syndrome (DS) are inconsistent. So that, for articulating each same lexical item the children produce it in different ways. The Core Vocabulary Therapy (CVT) has been designed to increase consistency of articulation in children with inconsistent disorder. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of CVT on the speech intelligibility of 7 11 year old educable DS children who speaks Farsi. Materials and Methods: The study was performed in the form of a pre-test - post-test design. Four DS children participated in this study. For each case, 12 to 14 treatment sessions were performed. Therapy was accomplished by 70 goal words. The used instruments are Inconsistent subtest of Persian Diagnostic Evaluation of Articulation and Phonology (P-DEAP) and the test of single words intelligibility. There were 7 assessment points in this study: 2 weeks, one week and immediately before intervention, and also just after the intervention and one week, 2 weeks and 6 months after the intervention. Then, 10 unfamiliar listeners judged the speech intelligibility in children by recording their speech before and after intervention. Results: The consistency of articulation increased after intervention and generalized to control words. Furthermore, intelligibility of speech increased after the intervention too (P<0.05). Discussion and Conclusion: The obtained results, similar to results of other studies, showed that core vocabulary therapy is effective in enhancing the consistency of articulation. Further studies are necessary to ensure the confidence of effectiveness of this intervention to increase the consistency and intelligibility of speech in other languages.
