مقدمه و هدف :با افزایش جمعیت سالمندان توجه به مشکلات آنان در جامعه ابعاد تازه و گسترده‌ای پیداکرده است، در این میان تیم‌های تخصصی ت‍ـوانبخ‍ـشی در مراک‍ـز مراقبت‍ـی روزان‍ـه ت‍ـلاش می‌کنند تا با ارائه خدمات به س‍ـالمندان حتی‌الامکان از ورود آنان به مراکز اقامتی شبانه‌روزی جلوگیری کنند .سازمان بهزیستی به این منظور بسته خدماتی خاصی را طراحی و آن را به مراکز ارائه‌دهنده خدمت جهت اجرا ابلاغ نموده است .هدف کلی از این مطالعه، مقایسه وضعیت کیفیت زندگی سالمندان قبل و بعد از دریافت بسته خدمات توانبخشی سازمان بهزیستی در مرکز روزانه توانبخشی کهریزک - محمد شهر کرج بود .روش مطالعه :پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی دو گروهی از نوع قبل و بعد است .جامعه آماری این پژوهش را سالمندان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز جامع توانبخشی تشکیل می‌دادند .نمونه آماری شامل تعداد 50 نفر از سالمندان مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز روزانه سالمندی کهریزک شماره2 - واقع در محمد شهر کرج- در سال1393- 1394، واجد معیارهای ورود بود که به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه 25 نفره مورد و شاهد قرار گرفتند .به‌منظور رعایت اخلاق پژوهش، افراد گروه شاهد در لیست انتظار دریافت خدمات قرار داده شدند .ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی 36) - (SF و فرم جمع‌آوری اطلاعات دموگرافیک بود .کیفیت زندگی قبل، یک ماه و سه ماه بعد از شروع مطالعه در هردو گروه اندازه‌گیری شد .برای تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS 20 استفاده شد .تجزیه تحلیل داده‌ها به کمک آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه با اندازه‌گیری مکرر صورت پذیرفت .یافته‌ها :یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد که در گروه مورد، میانگین نمرات کیفیت زندگی در شروع مطالعه، یک ماه بعد و سه ماه بعد به ترتیب95/43 ،30/56 ، 38/74 و در گروه شاهد به ترتیب74/44 ، 79/49 و 82/57 بود .علاوه بر این یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که در شروع مطالعه میانگین کیفیت زندگی در دو گروه مورد و شاهد اختلاف معناداری ندارد .(.=(816/P اما ظرف یک ماه و سه ماه بعد از مداخله این اختلاف معنی‌دار شد) به ترتیب .>015/P و .001/0 >P) نتیجه‌گیری :بر اساس یافته‌ها، خدمات مراقبتی روزانه ارائه‌شده در مرکز کهریزک موجب افزایش معنادار کیفیت زندگی سالمندان شده، لذا می‌توان گفت که بسته خدماتی سازمان بهزیستی برای مراکز روزانه در توانمندسازی سالمندان از کارایی لازم برخوردار است .کلیدواژه‌ها :سالمند بسته خدمات توانبخشی کیفیت زندگی مرکز مراقبتی روزانه

Objective: With the increasing aging population due to their problems in society has become a vast new dimension. The professional team of rehabilitation day-care centers attempt to provide services to the elderly as far as possible to prevent their entry into residential centers boarding. For this purpose, the Welfare Organization, has designed a special service package. And it has been communicated to run to the day-care centers The overall objective of this study was comparing the quality of life of older adults referring to Kahrizak Day Center located in Mohammad Shahr Karaj, before and after receiving the Rehabilitation Module of Welfare Organization, 2015. Materials & Methods: This is a cross-sectional, two groups, before and after, study. The study population was consisted of all seniors referred to day care centers for older adults. The study sample was selected among older adults referred to Kahrizak Rehabilitation Center, located in Mohammad Shahre Karaj, and met the inclusion criteria, through the convenient sampling. The sample was consisted of 50 elderly participants who randomly allocated to the experimental and control groups, each included 25. The research instruments included SF -36 Quality of Life Questionnaire, and a questionnaire for gathering the demographic data. The SF-36 questionnaire implemented before, one month and three months after receiving the services for the two groups. The data analyzed using SPSS-20. Data Analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA with repeated measures. Results: The results showed the mean scores of quality of life in the treatment group at baseline, one month and three months after the study, were respectively, 43/95, 56/30, 74/38 and in the control group, were 44.74, 49.79, 57.82. In addition, whereas there was no difference between the mean scores of quality of life at baseline between two groups (P=0.816), one month and three months later, the differences became significant (respectively, P < 0.001, P < 0.015). Conclusion: Rehabilitation services designed by the Welfare Organization for using in the day care centers for older adults have a positive impact on the olders' quality of life, and it can be considered as an efficient intervention.
