زمینه وهدف :گفتار نشانه دار ابزاری ارتباطی برای افراد کم شنوا که دسترسی به گفتار طبیعی را با استفاده از حداکثر از لب خوانی امکان پذیر می کند.هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی استفاده از نرم افزار گفتار نشانه داربر مهارت واژگان بیانی کودکان5-6سال کم شنوا بود .روش بررسی :در این بررسی 5 کودک کم شنوای 5 تا 6 سال در یک دوره انفرادی سه ماهه، هر روزه تحت آموزش با نرم افزرا گفتار نشانه دار قرار گرفتند .زمان جلسات آموزشی برای هر کودک 20تا 25دقیقه در روز بود.آزمون درک وبیان نیوشا در پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و آزمون پیگیری برای گروه مورد نظر استفاده شد .بین پس آزمون وپیگیری 1 هفته فاصله زمانی وجود داشت ..طرح تحقیق در این پژوهش طرح اندازه گیری مکرر بود وبه منظور تجزیه وتحلیل آماری از آمار توصیفی،تحلیل گرایش و شیب آزمون استفاده شد .یافته ها :تفاوت معناداری بین پیش آزمون) بدون گفتار نشانه دار(، پس آزمون و پیگیری) هر دو با گفتار نشانه دار (در هریک از افراد وجود دداشت .( (05/0Pنتیجه گیری :نتایج نشان می‌دهند استفاده از نرم افزار گفتار نشانه دار فارسی ابزاری اثربخش برای بهبود مهارت واژگان بیانی در کودکان کم شنوا است .واژگان کلیدی :نرم افزار گفتار نشانه دار، کودکان کم شنوا ، واژگان بیانی

Aim: Cued Speech is a mode of communication for hearing impaired individuals which designed to make the natural oral language accessible to them by the extensive use of lipreading. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of Persian cued speech software on the expressive vocabulary abilities of hearing impaired 5-6 years children. Methods: Five hearing impaired students ranging in age from 5 to 6 years old with hearing loss were taught with Cued Speech software in 3 month daily individual intervention program each session was almost 20 to 25 minutes per day. Newsha Receptive and expressive speech test was used as pretest , post-test and follow-up. There was one week period between pretest, post-test and follow-up.This study was Repeated Measurement and for statistical analysis descriptive statistics, trend and slope analysis were used . Finding: There was a significant difference between pretest (without Cued Speech), post- test and following (both with Cued Speech) (P0.5) . Result: The results indicate that Persian Cued Speech software is an efficient tool for improving the expression vocabulary(people, animals, fruits) skills of hearing impaired children.
