زمینه و هدف :فرسودگی شغلی و ویژگی های شخصیتی می توانند بر رضایت زناشویی معلمان مدارس استثنایی تأثیرگذار باشند .پژوهش حاضر به پیش بینی رضایت زناشویی به وسیله ویژگی های شخصیتی و فرسودگی شغلی در معلمان مدارس استثنایی پرداخت .روش بررسی :توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است .جامعه آماری شامل تمام معلمان شاغل در مدارس استثنایی استان لرستان در سال تحصیلی1392 - 1393بودند که از طریق نمونه گیری هدفمند 210 نفر از معلمانی که بین 6 تا 16 سال سابقه تدریس در مدارس استثنایی را داشتند انتخاب شدند .ابزار سنجش پرسشنامه های رضایت زناشویی انریچ، فرسودگی شغلی مزلچ و ویژگی های شخصیتی نئو (NEO FFI)بود .داده ها از طریق آزمون های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی) ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون آماری تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه (تحلیل شد .یافته ها :یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که متغیرهای پیش‌بین ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و فرسودگی شغلی می‌توانند رضایت زناشویی را پیش‌بینی کنند .(0005/0 < P) همچنین مجذور ضریب همبستگی چندگانه برابر با 58/0 = R2 مشاهده شده است .بین رضایت زناشویی و ویژگی شخصیتی روان‌نژندی ارتباط معناداری در جهت معکوس وجود دارد .بین رضایت زناشویی و برون‌گرایی، گشودگی به تجربه، توافق و وجدانی بودن ارتباط معناداری در جهت مستقیم وجود دارد .بین رضایت زناشویی و فرسودگی شغلی ارتباط معناداری در جهت معکوس وجود دارد .بین فرسودگی شغلی و ویژگی شخصیتی روان‌نژندی ارتباط معناداری در جهت مستقیم وجود دارد، بین فرسودگی شغلی و سایر ویژگی های شخصیتی ارتباط معنادار در جهت معکوس وجود دارد .نتیجه گیری :متغیرهای پیش‌بین)ابعاد ویژگی های شخصیتی و فرسودگی شغلی (می‌توانند به صورت ترکیبی 58 درصد از تغییرات رضایت زناشویی را تبیین کنند .از بین متغیرهای پیش‌بین، ابعاد روان‌نژندی و فرسودگی شغلی پیش‌بینی‌کننده معکوس رضایت زناشویی می‌باشند .کلیدواژه ها :فرسودگی شغلی، ویژگی های شخصیتی، رضایت زناشویی، معلمان استثنایی

Background and Objectives: job Burnout and personality traits can affect marital satisfaction of exceptional school teachers. The present study predicted marital satisfaction of special schools teachers by personality characteristics and job burnout. Methods: the method is descriptive and correlational. The population consisted of all teachers working in special schools were in the province of Lorestan the academic year 2013-2014. By purposive sampling 210 teachers who have from 6 to 16 years of teaching experience in special schools had been selected. The tools used in this study include Enrich marital satisfaction, Job burnout and Neo personality traits questionnaire. Data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis). Results: The results showed that Predictor variables of personality traits and burnout can predict marital satisfaction (F <0/0005). The squared multiple correlation coefficients were equal to R2= 0/ 58. There is a negative correlation between marital satisfaction and personality traits of neuroticism and a significant correlation. There is a positive correlation between marital satisfaction and extraversion, openness to experience and conscientiousness. there is a significant negative correlation Between marital satisfaction and job burnout there is a significant negative correlation. Significant relationship between job burnout and personality traits of neuroticism and agreed to direct, significant relationship between job burnout and other characteristics there is in reverse. Conclusion: Predictor variables (dimensions of personality characteristics and job burnout) can be combined to explain 58 of the variation in marital satisfaction. Among the predictors job burnout dimensions of neuroticism and agreeableness and predictors of marital satisfaction are reversed.
