هدف :بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه"کیفیت زندگی نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی) نسخه والدین "(روش بررسی :مطالعه حاضر از نوع متدولوژیک است و در فرآیند ترجمه و معادل سازی، که بر اساس پروتکل پروژه بین المللی ابزار کیفیت زندگی (IQOLA) صورت گرفت طی سه مرحله پرسشنامه" کیفیت زندگی نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی)نسخه والدین "(به زبان فارسی ترجمه گردید و سپس روایی و پایایی آن بررسی شد .نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 82 نفر از والدین نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی13 - 18ساله مراجعه کننده به مدارس استثنایی و مراکز توانبخشی در دسترس شهر تهران بود .داده های به دست آمده از پرسشنامه" کیفیت زندگی نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی)نسخه والدین "(از نظر پایایی آزمون-بازآزمون به فاصله دو هفته و هم خوانی درونی بررسی شد و نیز روایی] ظاهری، محتوایی، ساختاری با سیستم طبقه بندی عملکرد حرکتی درشت (GMFCS) و سیستم طبقه بندی توانایی دستی [(MACS) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت .یافته ها :روایی ظاهری ومحتوایی پرسشنامه براساس نظر متخصصین و والدین نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی سنجیده شد و شاخص روایی محتوایی آیتم ها62/0 بدست آمد .همبستگی معناداری بین نمره کل پرسشنامه با نمره خرده مقیاس سلامت عمومی و مشارکت(=(859/0r ، ارتباطات و سلامت جسمانی(=(854/0 r ، سلامت مدرسه(=(582/0r ، سلامت اجتماعی(=(744/0r ، دسترسی به خدمات(=(523/0r ، سلامت خانواده(=(579/0r ، احساسات درباره عملکرد (=(764/0r و با نمره سیستم طبقه بندی عملکرد حرکتی درشت=(216/0r - (بدست آمد .ضریب همبستگی درون رده ای برای نمره کل پرسشنامه 994/0 بود .ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای هم خوانی درونی 89 سؤال پرسشنامه نیز برابر 996/0 به دست آمد .نتیجه گیری :نسخه فارسی پرسشنامه" کیفیت زندگی نوجوانان مبتلا به فلج مغزی)نسخه والدین "(از اعتبار و پایایی قابل قبولی در جامعه مورد نظر برخوردار است .بنابراین نسخه فارسی این پرسشنامه را می توان در زمینه های بالینی و تحقیقاتی عنوان ابزار بررسی کیفیت زندگی نوجوانان فلج مغزی استفاده کرد .واژگان کلیدی :پایایی، روایی، فلج مغزی، کیفیت زندگی، نوجوان

Objective: The purpose of this study was to assess psychometric properties of the Persian version of the Parent Report of the Quality of Life Questionnaire for Adolescence with Cerebral Palsy (CPQOL) and to determine its validity and reliability. Materials and Methods: In a psychometrics measurement study, of the Persian version of the parent report of the quality of life questionnaire for adolescence with cerebral palsy, based on the international quality of life assessment approach, was provided and then, its psychometrics properties were assessed. A convenient sample including 82 parents of adolescence with cerebral palsy, aged 13-18 years, were recruited from local schools and rehabilitation centers for children with special needs in Tehran. Psychometrics properties were assessed based on the reliability (internal consistency and test-retest) and validity (Face, content, and construct with gross motor function classification system and manual ability classification system) of the Persian quality. Results: Face and content validity were obtained by lay and experts opinion. content Validity Index was 0/62. There was a significant correlation between total score and subscales scores of the questionnaire and also, between total score and GMFCS. The intraclass correlation coefficient for the total score was 0/994. Also, cronbach's coefficient for the internal consistency of all of the questions of the questionnaire were 0.996. Conclusion: of the Persian version of the parent report of the quality of life questionnaire for adolescence with cerebral palsy has acceptable reliability and validity. It is a useful assessment tool for evaluating the quality of life of adolescence with cerebral palsy. Keywords: Reliability, Validity, quality of life, Cerebral Palsy, Adolescence
