هدف :با توجه به فراوانی و شیوع بالای اختلال نقص توجه-بیش فعالی (ADHD) بعنوان یکی از شایعترین اختلالات روانپزشکی و بروز مشکلات متعدد در زمینه مسایل رفتاری و شناختی متعاقب این اختلال، پژوهش در زمینه علل و راهکارهای بهبود مشکلات پدید آمده برای این کودکان و خانواده‌صهایشان همواره از محورهای پژوهشی در زمینه توانبخشی و بالاخص کاردرمانی بوده است .هدف از این مطالعه بررسی توجه پایدار کودکان دچار اختلال نقص توجه-بیش فعالی با استفاده از تمرینات ردیابی بینایی است .روش بررسی :تعداد سی کودک پسر با بازه سنی 6 تا 10 سال در دوگروه آزمون و شاهد که از لحاظ هوش و سن همگن بودند به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه شاهد و آزمون تقسیم شدند .گروه شاهد از مداخلات معمول کاردرمانی برخوردار بود اما گروه آزمون تحت مداخلات ردیابی بینایی نیز قرار می‌صگرفت .هر دو گروه با پرسشنامه کانرز والدین و همچنین آزمون عملکرد مداوم (CPTII) در دو نوبت پیش آزمون -پس آزمون مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند .تجزیه تحلیل داده ها به کمک نرم افزار SPSS16 صورت خواهد گرفت .از آزمون t وابسته برای مقایسه متغیرها در هر یک از گروه-های آزمایش و شاهد بطور جداگانه و از t مستقل برای مقایسه متغیر ها در گروه های آزمایش و شاهد قبل و پس از مداخله استفاده خواهد شد .یافته ها :مداخلات ردیابی بینایی منجر به کاهش مسائل شناختی و بیش فعالی و کل در کودکان گروه مداخله شده است (>(05/0P .و همچنین مداخلات ردیابی بینایی منجر به افزایش آستانه تشخیص و سرعت واکنش و کاهش خطای حذف، خطای ارتکاب، تغییرپذیری و تکرار کودکان گروه مداخله شده است (>(05/0P<) (01/0P .نتیجه گیری :با توجه به نتایج مطالعه میتوان چنین اظهار نمود که تقویت الگوهای ردیابی بینایی بر توجه پایدار کودکان با نقص توجه-بیش فعالی موثر خواهد بود .کلید واژه :اختلال نقص توجه بیش فعالی، ردیابی بینایی، توجه پایدار

Objective: attention deficit-hyperactivity (ADHD) as one of the common is a one of psychiatric disorder.various behavioral and cognitive problems is seen following this disorder that caused lots of problems for children and their family.so research on this field is a one of research topics on rehabilitation specially occupational therapy.the purpose of this study is to evaluate sustain attention of children with attention deficit-hyper activity by using visual tracking exercises. Material and method: Thirty boy children in aged 6 to 10 years old randomly divided into two groups.both group are matched in tems of intelligence and age.control group used common occupational therapy program but the intervention group used common occupational therapy exercice and also visual tracking exercises.both group evaluated by conners parent scale and countinus performance test (CPT) in pre-post test.data analysis used by SPSS16.and T-test is used to compare variable in both groups. Result: Eye tracking intervention reduced cognitive problem and hyperactivity sign in interventional group and also caused to increase detectability, commission and omission and increase reaction time in children with ADHD.
