طرح مسئله :این پژوهش به منظور بررسی تاثیر مداخلات مددکاری اجتماعی با رویکرد سیستماتیک بر پیشگیری از عود و افزایش سلامت عمومی در افراد وابسته به مواد در مراکز ترک اعتیاد گیلان انجام شده است . روش.:این طرح از نوع آزمایشی) پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل (است .نمونه مورد مطالعه 60 نفر از بیمارانی که وابستگی به مواد داشته اند و در حال ترک در مراکز ترک اعتیاد گیلان بود ه اند را تشکیل داد . این افراد از آذر ماه 92 تا اردیبهشت 93 از خدمات مراکز بهره برده اند و نمونه مورد مطالعه براساس شرایط ورود به تحقیق انتخاب شده اند و بصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش(30نفر (و کنترل(30نفر (قرار گرفتند . گروه آزمایش طی 10 جلسه مورد مداخله قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل مداخله ای دریافت نکردند . در پایان از هر دو گروه پس آزمون گرفته شده و 4ماه بعد نیز پیگیری انجام گرفت . داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه پیشگیری از عود و سلامت عمومی جمع آوری شد . یافته‌ها :نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس و t نشان داد که مداخلات مددکاری اجتماعی با رویکرد سیستماتیک بر پیشگیری از عود و افزایش سلامت عمومی بیماران وابسته به مواد که در حال ترک بوده اند ، موثر بوده است .نتایج :با توجه به به تحقیق صورت گرفته ماهیت حضور مددکاران اجتماعی در مراکز ترک اعتیاد بسیار موثر بوده و می تواند بر پیشگیری از عود ، کاهش فشار روانی ، افزایش شناخت بیمار از خود و انجام رفتار مناسب جامعه تاثیر بسزائی بگذارد .کلید واژه :مددکاری اجتماعی ، پیشگیری از عود ، رویکرد سیستماتیک ، سلامت عمومی ،افراد وابسته به مواد

Introduction: This study tries investiqate the Effectiveness of counseling social work intervention a systematic approach in relapse prevention And increasing public health in depentance narcotic addiction in the addiction treatment centers of Gilan . Method : This study is experimental design ( pre test , post test with control group ) . subjects are 60 patients who have had substance dependant and treatment withdrawal in the addiction treatment centers of Gilan from Desember 2013 to May 2014 who have the qualifications of the research . thay accidentally were dovoted to control and experimental groups . Experimental group was intervened in 18 sessions , whil control group didn t receive any intervention . Data were collected by using prevention of relapse `s and public health ( GHQ 28 ) . statistical test along with convariance were used to analyze the data . Findings:Test results and analisis of covariance showed that social work `s interventions a systematic approach had been effective on relapse prevention in those substance addicted who are quitting in addiction to increasing public health . Results: According to research conducted the nature of social work `s presence in treatment centers can have a big effect on relapse prevention , reduce stress increase their awareness and influenced Community norms of appropriate behavior.
