شناسایی کم شنوایی کودک، خانوداه را با یک سری بحران روبرو می کند .این مشکل موجب افت کیفیت زندگی والدین این کودکان به ویژه مادران آنها می شود .پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی معنادرمانی گروهی بر ارتقای کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان کم شنوا انجام گرفت .روش بررسی :پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با گروه گواه، پیش آزمون _ پس آزمون و آزمون پیگیری اجرا شد .جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه مادران کودکان کم شنوا شهرستان کرج و از بین مادران دانش آموزان دبستان استثنایی شهداء انتخاب شد .اعضای نمونه از طریق نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف، از نوع دسترس و بر مبنای داوطلب بودن آزمودنی، با استفاده از تخصیص تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش( 15 نفر (و کنترل (15 نفر (تقسیم شدند .اعضای هر دو گروه در مرحله پیش آزمون و پس آزمون بر اساس مقیاس کیفیت زندگی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند .گروه آزمایش در معرض ص مداخله معنادرمانی گروهی در قالب 9 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای قرار گرفت .داده ها پس از جمع آوری به منظور محاسبه میانگین، انحراف معیار، آزمون t و تحلیل کوواریانس توسط نرم افزار spss16 پردازش شد .یافته ها :نتایج نشان داد میانگین کیفیت زندگی در مادران کودکان کم شنوا، پس از اجرای مداخله در گروه آزمایش بیشتر از میانگین گروه کنترل بوده و تفاوت از لحاظ آماری معنادار است (014/0=P)نتیجه گیری :براساس یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که شیوه مداخله مورد استفاده بر افزایش کیفیت زندگی مادران کودکان کم شنوا مؤثر بوده است .کلید واژه ها :کیفیت زندگی، مداخله معنادرمانی گروهی، مادران کودکان کم شنوا .

Objective: The Present study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of group logo therapy on increasing the quality of mothers` life of hearing impaired children. Materials & Methods: The present study is applied and semi- experimental that conducted with control group, random assigned pre- test, post-test and follow- up test. The population comprised all the mothers` of hearing impaired children in Karaj and also were selected among the mothers` of exceptional students of Shohada`s primary school. The study participants were selected through purposeful sampling, being volunteer testee, approachable and then randomly assigned to the case group (15) and control group (15).Both group members tested based on the quality of life scale in the stages of pre- test and post- test. The case group in the intervention of group logo therapy consisted 9 sessions each taking 90 minutes. Data was collected and processed through SPSS to calculate the mean score, standard deviation, t- test and analysis of covariance. Results: The results showed that the intervention was significantly effective on increasing the mean score of the quality of the mothers` life of hearing impaired children in the case group compared to that of the control group. Conclusion: Thus, group logo therapy intervention can be effective in improving and increasing the quality of mothers` life of hearing impaired children.
