آزمون ارزیابی تشخیصی آوایی و واجی امکان تشخیص افتراقی اختلالات صدای گفتار را فراهم می‌صکند .پژوهش پیش رو با هدف تهیة نسخة فارسی مجموعه آزمون ارزیابی تشخیصی آوایی و واجی)دیپ (برای کودکان 3 تا 6 ساله و تعیین ویژگی‌صهای روان‌صسنجی آن به انجام رسید .روش بررسی :در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی با الگویی پژوهش بنیاد ویژگی‌صهای روانسنجی آزمون ارزیابی تشخیصی آوایی و واجی تعیین شد 387 .کودک 3 تا 6 سالة فارسی زبان از 12 مهدکودک و مرکز پیش دبستانی در شمال غرب شهر تهران در این پژوهش شرکت داشتند .شواهد روایی محتوا با رجوع به آراء صاحب‌صنظران) آسیب-شناس گفتار و زبان و زبان‌صشناس(، شواهد روایی ملاک با بررسی روایی همزمان نتایج حاصل از آراء صاحب‌صنظران با آزمون‌صهای آوایی، واجی، بی‌صثباتی، شواهد روایی سازه با بررسی روایی افتراقی بین دو گروه مبتلا به اختلالات آوایی و واجی و بدون آن و تفاوت‌صهای گروهی بین گروه‌صهای سنی مختلف بررسی شد .شواهد روایی همگرا با مقایسة نتایج دو آزمون غربال‌صگری تشخیصی و بی‌صثباتی و آزمون آوایی و آزمون اطلاعات آوایی به دست آمد .در بررسی اعتبار آزمون، تکرارپذیری نتایج حاصل از بررسی همخوان‌صها و واکه‌صها از طریق محاسبة درصد توافق و نتایج حاصل از مقیاس‌صهای کمی به دو روش بررسی ثبات زمانی) آزمون- بازآزمون (و ثبات محتوایی) نمره‌صگذاری توسط دو ارزیاب مستقل (انجام شد .تمام محاسبه‌صها در سطح کمتر از 05/0 معنادار در نظر گرفته شد .یافته‌صها :نسخة فارسی مجموعة دیپ بر اساس نظر متخصصان صاحب‌صنظر از روایی محتوایی مناسبی برخوردار بود .(<(92/94CVI نتایج هریک از آزمون‌صهای آوایی، واجی، بی‌صثباتی حاکی از همبستگی زیادی با آراء صاحب‌صنظران و روایی همزمان آزمون بود)به ترتیب72/0 ، 76/0 و .68/0) مقایسة نتایج آزمون آوایی با آزمون اطلاعات آوایی و درصد بی‌صثباتی در دو آزمون غربال‌صگری تشخیصی و بی‌صثباتی حاکی از روایی همگرای دو آزمون بود) به ترتیب 8/0 و .6/0) نتایج اجرای آزمون‌صهای آوایی، واجی و بی‌صثباتی در دو گروه مبتلا به اختلالات آوایی و واجی و بدون آن نشان از تفاوت آماری معنادار بین دو گروه با و بدون اختلال داشت .(001/0>p) در بررسی اعتبار میزان شاخص‌صهای خطای معیار اندازه‌صگیری، همسانی درون طبقه‌صای، ضریب تغییرات و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، درصد توافق کاپای برآورد شده حاکی از تکرارپذیری زمانی و محتوایی آزمون بود .نتیجه گیری :با توجه به داده‌صهای پژوهش حاضر به نظرمی‌صرسد نسخة فارسی آزمون آوایی و واجی ابزاری روا و معتبربرای شناسایی مهارت‌صهای آوایی و واجی در کودکان 3 تا 6 ساله و شناسایی اختلالات آوایی و واجی در آنان است .واژه های کلیدی :کودک فارسی زبان، آزمون ارزیابی تشخیصی آوایی و واجی، اختلال آوایی، اختلال واجی، روایی، اعتبار

Conclusion: Based on the results of this study seems the P-DEAP to be a reliable and valid instrument for evaluating Articulation and Phonological skills in 3- 6 year- old Persian speaking children. Results: CVI of the test was higher than 94.92. Cnocurrent validirty in Articulation, Phonological, Inconsistency assessments with expert's opinion were 0.72, 0.76, 0.68 respectively. Convergent validity of Articulation asessesment AIT and Inconsistency score in DS and Inconsistency asessments were 0.8 and 0.6 respectively. Discriminative and Construct validity were confirmed with a significant difference between P-DEAP results of Children with and without Articulation and Phonological disorders and different age groups (p<0.001) .Pearson sبObjectives: The Diagnostic Evaluation Articulation and Phonology (DEAP) is designed to provide a differential diagnosis of Speech Sound Disorders. This study aimed to adapt the DEAP in Persian and to determine its psychometric properties for 3-6 year old Children. Methods: In this descriptive- analytic study a methodological design was carried out to determine psychometric properties of the Persian version of the DEAP (P- DEAP). 387 monolingual Persian speaking children aged between 3- 6, those were selected from 12 nurseries and kindergartens in north-western of Tehran were included. The P- DEAP's Content Validity Index (CVI) was assessed by Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and linguists. The comparison SLP expert's opinion and the P-DEAP's results in children with and without Articulation and Phonological disorders (using Kappa coefficient test and Independent t-tests respectively) were used for determining concurrent and discriminative validity. The correlation between Articulation assessment and Articulation Information Test (AIT) and Inconsistency score in the Diagnostic Screening and inconsistency asessments (using Kappa coefficient ) were used for determining convergent validity.
