هدف :تعیین اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT)همراه با ذهن‌آگاهی بر رضایت زناشویی همسران جانبازان ضایعات نخاعی انجام شد .روش :چهار نفر از همسران جانباز ضایعات نخاعی که بر اساس مقیاس زناشویی انریچ، رضایت زناشویی پایینی داشتند به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با توجه به ملاک‌های ورود به پژوهش انتخاب شدند .در این پژوهش از طرح تجربی تک‌آزمودنی با خط پایه چندگانه استفاده شد .شرکت‌کنندگان در مرحله خط پایه(3الی6 هفته (و دوره پیگیری)دو ماهه (پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ، پرسشنامه افسردگی بکII) -(BDIپرسشنامه اضطراب بک (BAI)و پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل (AAQ)را تکمیل نمودند .یافته‌ها :دادهها به روش تحلیل چشمی نمودارها و تعیین درصد بهبودی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت .تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT)در افزایش رضایت زناشویی و کاهش افسردگی و اضطراب شرکت‌کنندگان مؤثر واقع شد همچنین نمره پذیرش و عمل (AAQ)آزمودنیها به طور قابل توجهی بالا رفت اما در زیرمقیاسهای رضایت زناشویی در نمره رابطه جنسی تغییری حاصل نشد همچنین در نمره جهت‌گیری مذهبی تغییر قابل توجهی انجام نگردید اما در دیگر حیطه‌ها نمرات آزمودنیها افزایش یافت .نتیجه‌گیری :میتوان نتیجه گرفت مداخله مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد (ACT)همراه با ذهن‌آگاهی بر رضایت زناشویی، افسردگی، اضطراب و افسردگی همسران جانبازان ضایعات نخاعی مؤثر واقع شده است .کلمات کلیدی :مداخله مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد(ACT)، ذهن‌آگاهی، رضایت زناشویی

Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the effectiveness of interventions based on Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) with Mindfulness on marital satisfaction in spouses of veterans with spinal cord injuries. Method: This is a quasi-experimental study with stepped single subject design. Sample of the study selected from spouses of veterans with spinal cord injuries in the city of Shiraz. Four women who have less marital satisfaction on the basis of Enrich marital scale were selected. Participants at baseline (3-6 weeks) and follow up (2 months) filled the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II), Beck Anxiety (BAI), marital satisfaction questionnaire and mental flexibility questionnaire (AAQ). Results: Data were analyzed by visual analysis of graphs and determining the percent recovery. Data analysis shows that acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) improved marital satisfaction and mental flexibility and decreased depression and anxiety in participants. Conclusions: Intervention based Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) with mindfulness improved marital satisfaction, depression, anxiety and mental flexibility in spouses of veterans with spinal cord injuries.
