هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش حضورذهن و ابعاد شخصیتی در سبک های هویتی و تعیین واریانس قابل پیش بینی توسط این دو متغییر از سبک های هویت بود .روش بررسی :مطالعه از نوع توصیفی و تحقیقات همبستگی بود .نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 223 نفر) دختر120:، پسر 103):از دانشجویان دانشگاه های تهران بودند .که به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند .جمع آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه های سرشت و منش کلونینجر ، مقیاس حضور ذهن براون و رایان و پرسشنامه سنجش سبک هویت بروزنسکی، صورت گرفت .تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS ، صورت گرفت .یافته‌ها :یافته های پژوهش بیانگر این بود که بین حضورذهن صفتی و سبک هویت اطلاعاتی = (0.15 r و( p<0/05 ، هنجاری (r= 0.35 و( p<0.01 ، اجتنابی / سردرگم =0.31 -(rو( P<0.01 ، مقیاس تعهد =(0.38r و ( p<0/05 رابطه معنادار وجود دارد .همچنین بین حضورذهن و ابعاد سرشتی نوجوییr= - (32/0و( p<0/01، آسیب پرهیزی=0/32 - (rوp<0/05)، وابستگی به پاداش (r=0/14 و p<0/05) و ابعاد منشی خود راهبری (r=0/45 و ( p<0/01 و همکاری (r=0/36 و ( p<0/01 رابطه ای معنادار وجود دارد .همچنینی نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که سه بعد خودراهبری، خودفراروی و نوجویی به همراه حضورذهن 35 درصد از واریانس مقیاس تعهد هویت وحضورذهن، خودفراروی، همکاری و نوجویی، 26 درصد از واریانس سبک هویت هنجاری را به گونه ای معنادار پیش بینی می کنند .نتیجه گیری :یافته های پژوهش حاضر رابطه بین حضورذهن و سبک های هویتی و ابعاد زیستی روانی شخصیت را تایید می کنند و همچنین نشان داده شد که حضورذهن می تواند به همراه ابعاد شخصیتی واریانسی معنادار از مولفه تعهد هویت و سبک هویت هنجاری را پیش بینی کند .بنابراین رابطه حضورذهن با سبک های هویتی را باید مورد توجه قرار داد .کلید واژه‌ها :حضورذهن، ابعاد سرشت منش شخصیت، سبک های هویت

Objective: This study examined the role of personality dimensions and trait mindfulness in the identity styles. And determinate the variance predicted by these two variables of identity styles0 Methods: This study was descriptive and correlational research. Samples studied 223 students (females: 02., males: 0.3) from the Universities of Tehran. The data were selected by multistage cluster random sampling. by using questionnaires: Temperament & character inventory(TCI), and Brown & Ryan Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) and Berzonsky Identity Styles Inventory (ISI-6G), respectively. Results: data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression analysis, using the software SPSS, respectively. The findings suggest that there is a significant relationship between the Trait mindfulness and commitment scale with identity styles. And there is significant relationship between the trait mindfulness and the dimensions of Temperament & Character personality. Multiple regression analysis also showed that Self- directness, SelfTranscendence Novelty seeking with Trait mindfulness 35: of the variance in commitment scale to anticipate a meaningful way. Also trait mindfulness, Self Transcendence, Cooperativeness and Novelty seeking 26: of the variance in the normative identity style as predictors are significant. Conclusions: The findings of the present study confirm the relationship between trait mindfulness, identity styles and psychobiological dimension of personality. It also was shown that trait mindfulness associated with personality Predicted significant variance in identity styles. So trait mindfulness can be considered as a factor influencing identity styles.
