یافته :شاخص میانگین طول گفته (P<0/05)پیش و پس از مداخله بین سه گروه در نمونه گفتاری بازگویی داستان تغییر چندانی نداشته است ولی در نمونه گفتار خودبخود در گروههای فقط بازگویی داستان توسط محقق و تلفیقی نسبت به گروه فقط گفتاردرمانگر مرکز افزایش معناداری را نشان داد .شاخص سرعت گفتار پیش و پس از مداخله در هیچ کدام از نمونه های گفتاری بین سه گروه تغییری نشان نداد .شاخص غنای واژگانی پیش و پس از مداخله بین سه گروه آزمودنی ها در هیچ کدام از نمونه های گفتاری تغییر چندانی نداشته است .میانگین طول گفته در نمونه گفتار خودبخودی در پس آزمون و در گروههای فقط بازگویی چکیده :هدف :در این پژوهش تاثیر آموزش بازگویی داستان بر بهبود شاخص های زبانی میانگین طول گفته، سرعت گفتار و غنای واژگانی در کودکان مبتلا به سندرم داون7 - 6ساله عقلی بررسی می شود .روش :در این پژوهش شبه تجربی و تحلیلی، 12 کودک دختر مبتلا به سندرم داون7 - 6ساله عقلی با مراجعه به مدارس استثنایی کرج و فردیس و با روش در دسترس انتخاب شد .پیش آزمون و پس آزمون توسط دو داستان که توسط جعفری (1389)روا و پایا شده بود، بر روی آنها اجرا شد .کودکان به طور تصادفی به سه گروه همسان و بر مبنای میانگین طول گفته تقسیم شدند .گروه اول برنامه رایج گفتاردرمانی مرکز را توسط گفتاردرمانگر مرکز دریافت کردند .گروه دوم تحت درمان بازگویی داستان توسط محقق قرار گرفتند و برنامه رایج گفتاردرمانی مرکز را دریافت نکردند .گروه سوم برنامه رایج گفتاردرمانی مرکز را توسط گفتاردرمانگر مرکز و برنامه مداخله بازگویی داستان را توسط محقق دریافت کردند) گروه تلفیقی ). 12جلسه مداخله 30 دقیقه ای بازگویی داستان هر هفته دو جلسه برگزار گردید .در این جلسات 6 داستان از کتاب های داستان که متن آن ها توسط محقق ساده سازی و بازنویسی شده و به تایید و ویرایش 7 نفر از صاحبنظران گفتاردرمانی رسیده بود برای کودکان گفته شد .و شاخص های زبانی میانگین طول گفته، غنای واژگانی و سرعت گفتار در پیش آزمون و پس آزمون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت .داستان توسط محقق و تلفیقی) مداخله با استفاده از روش بازگویی داستان (نسبت به میانگین طول گفته در نمونه بازگویی داستان افزایش معناداری داشته است .نتایج :شاخص میانگین طول گفته (P<0/05)در نمونه گفتار خودبخود افزایش معناداری را نشان داد .میانگین طول گفته در گفتار خودبخودی نسبت به بازگویی داستان افزایش معناداری داشته است .ودر دیگر شاخص ها تغییری پس از مداخله مشاهده نشد .کلید واژه ها :سندرم داون / بازگویی داستان /میانگین طول گفته /سرعت گفتار /غنای واژگانی /

Title: Studying the Effects of Stories Retelling on Speech Indices such as the Mean Length of Utterances, Diversity of Utterances and Speed of Speech in hildren with the Down Syndrome at the Mental Age of 6-7 Objectives: Retelling stories consists in learning to restructure and to interpret narratives.The research aims to study the effects of stories retelling on indices including a) the Mean Length of Utterances, b) diversity of utterances and c) speed of speech in children suffering from the Down Syndrome at the mental age of 6-7. Methodology: First, 12 children suffering from the Down Syndrome at the mental age of 6-7 were selected with access methology from a number of schools for the mentally handicapped in Karaj and Fardis. Next, they were divided into three homogeneous groups according to their mean lengths of utterances.The first group was given the normal speech therapy by the therapist of their school. The second group received the story retelling treatment from the researcher without any other type of speech therapy. And finally, the third (mix group)group was treated with both the normal speech therapy and retelling stories.The pretest and posttest incorporated two stories, written and revised by Jafari (1389). The total of 12 sessions(30 minute ) were held, working on 6 stories,during which such indices as the a) mean length of utterances, b) diversity of utterances and c) speed of speech were studied.The obtained data was analyzed by means of SPSS. Further, descriptive (i.e. mean, standard deviation, frequency) and deductive statistics (i.e single-variant and two-variant variance analyses,Tukeys post hoc test, etc.) were utilized to interpret the data. Findings: A significant improvement can be observed in terms of the mean length of utterances (P<0.05) in the spontaneous speech of children from the two group & third group (mixed group) as a result of stories retelling. Conclusion: Used by itself, stories retelling does not seem to have any significant impact on the mean length of utterances, diversity of utterances and speed of speech in a retelling type of speech in the treatment period of 6 weeks. It remains for future researchers to test this methods effectiveness during longer spans of treatment.
