رفتار پرخاشگری مشکلی متداول میان افراد عقبمانده ذهنی است .یکی از روشهای پیشنهاد شده جهت درمان پرخاشگری، هنردرمانی است .بر این اساس، هدف از مطالعه حاضر، تعیین تأثیر نقاشی بر کاهش پرخاشگری دانشآموزان دختر عقبمانده ذهنی آموزشپذیر مقطع ابتدایی میباشد .در این پژوهش تجربی از نوع پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه کنترل، 52 دانشآموز دختر عقبمانده ذهنی آموزش پذیر 8 تا با روش نمونهگیری خوشه ای(SD=2/210 ، X=11/ 15سال مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان کرج با میانگین سنی و انحراف معیار ( 50 چندمرحلهای، جهت شرکت در پژوهش انتخاب شدند .پس از اجرای پرسشنامه پرخاشگری کودکان کمتوان ذهنی بهرامی، داورمنش و قزل سفلو ( ( 1387 در پیشآزمون، با توجه به پایه تحصیلی، سن و میزان پرخاشگری کل، دانشآموزان در دو گروه همتا قرار داده شدند و به تصادف یکی از دوگروه به عنوان گروه کنترل و دیگری به عنوان گروه آزمایش انتخاب شد .سپس گروه آزمایش در 8 جلسه متوالی، با توجه به دستورالعمل، به نقاشیکشیدن پرداختند .پسآزمون، 10 روز پس از آخرین جلسه اجرا انجام شد .دادههای حاصل با انجام آزمونهای کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت .نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین میانگین نمرات پیشآزمون و پسآزمون پرخاشگری کل، پرخاشگری کلامی و غیرکلامی به خود، پرخاشگری کلامی و غیرکلامی به غیرخود گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد و نقاشی میزان پرخاشگری را در دانشآموزان دختر عقبمانده ذهنی آموزشپذیر مقطع ابتدایی کاهش میدهد (P<0/001) .کلید واژهها :هنردرمانی /نقاشی /پرخاشگری /دانشآموز عقبمانده ذهنی آموزشپذیر

Aggression behavior is a common problem among individuals with mental retardation. Art therapy is one of the methods suggested for treatment of aggression. Therefore the aim of present research is investigating the effect of painting in reduction of aggression in educable mentally retarded girl students in primary school.In this experimental research with pre and post-test with control group, 52 educable mentally retarded girl students in primary school in Karaj township with age mean and standard deviation (X=11.50, SD=2.210) were selected with using of cluster multistage sampling for participating in research. After execution of aggression test of mentally retarded children (Bahrami, Davarmanesh, Ghezelsefloo, 2008) in pre-test, students were located into two matched groups with regard to educational levels, age and total aggression rate, and by accident one of the groups was selected as experimental group and another as control group. Then experimental group painted in 8 continuous sessions according to procedure. 10 days after the last session, aggression test was performed. Data was analyzed by using of Kolmogrov-Smirnov test and Covariance analysis.The results showed that there's significant difference between the average scores of pre and post-tests of total aggression, verbal and nonverbal aggression to self, verbal and nonverbal aggression to others of experimental group in comparison with control group (P<0.001) and painting reduces the rate of aggression in educable mentally retarded girl students in primary school.Keywords: Art therapy / Painting / Aggression / Educable mentally retarded student
