امروزه اهمیت و نقش تغییر و تحول، بیشتر از هر زمان دیگری بویژه در ارتباط با طرح های تامین اجتماعی مفهوم واقعی خود را یافته است .اکنون در دوره ای از تحولات سریع و آنی زندگی می کنیم که زمینه ساز بوجود آوردن عوامل متفاوت و تاثیر گذار بر تامین اجتماعی است و این وظیفه سازمان های بیمه ای است تا عوامل مذکور را شناسایی و با تحلیل آنها نقش سازنده در روند حرکت بیمه های اجتماعی داشته باشند .از جمله این عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تامین اجتماعی، تغییر ساختار سنی جمعیت و متغیرهای جمعیتی دیگر مانند رشد جمعیت، امید به زندگی و همچنین عوامل اقتصادی نظیر نرخ تورم، نرخ حداقل دستمزد، بیکاری، اشتغال و ...است .از عوامل برنامه ای می توان به نحوه محاسبه حقوق بازنشستگی و نحوه محاسبه مستمری برای تعیین تاثیر سایر عوامل VAR بازماندگان و ازکارافتادگان ...اشاره کرد .لذا در این تحقیق از مدل موثر بر هزینه های بلند مدت استفاده شده است .نتایج حاکی ازآن است که از بین سه دسته عوامل فوق، تاثیر عوامل برنامه ای نسبت به عوامل اقتصادی و جمعیتی بر هزینه های بلند مدت سازمان تامین اجتماعی بیشتر است .پس از آن عوامل اقتصادی دارای بیشترین تاثیر هستند .کلید واژه :سالخوردگی جمعیت، افزایش امید به زندگی در ۶۵ سالگی، هزینههای بلندمدت تامین اجتماعی

.long _term expenditure of social security organization ,۶۵ Nowadays, the importance and role of change especially in connection with social security programs, has its real meaning more than ever. Now, we live in a rapid and instantaneous period, changes of the life create different factors influencing social security and insurance organizations, this is duty of them to identify these factors and analyze them to create constructive role in the process of social movements. Influential factors include; social security, changing population age structure and other population variables such as population growth, life expectancy and number of economic factors such as inflation, the minimum wage rate, unemployment, employment and etc. Program factors can be calculated and how to calculate retirement pension, disability pension and survivors pension are considered important. Therefore, in this study using the software Eviewes and Vector Auto Regressive model (VAR) was used to determine the effect of factors affecting long-term expenditure. The results showed that among mentioned factors (program, economy and population), the effect of program factors was higher than other factors on long-term expenditure of social security organization and after them economic and population factors had influence on costs reversely. After that, had the highest impact and the least effective factor was. Key words: Aging population, increasing life expectancy at age
