مقدمه و هدف :اختلال اسکیزوفرنیا ، یک اختلال عمده روانپزشکی است .در اسکیزوفرنیا ،بیمار از نشانه های سایکوتیک ،علائم مثبت و منفی و اختلال عملکردی و شناختی رنج می برد .نقائص شناختی بر ابعاد مختلفی چون ارتباطات اجتماعی ، امور زندگی و مهارتهای حرفه ای فرد اثر می گذارد.نقائص شناختی اسکیزوفرنیا در حوزه های توجه، حافظه کاری ، حافظه و یادگیری کلامی ، حافظه و یادگیری بینایی ، سرعت پردازش ، استدلال ، حل مشکل و شناخت اجتماعی تاثیر می گذارد .هدف از انجام این مطالعه ، بررسی تاثیر گ هرو درمانی مبتنی بر فعالیت بر عملکرد شناختی بیماران اسکیزوفرنیک بر اساس مدل ناتوانی شناختی آلن می باشد .روش بررسی :این پژوهش از نوع مداخله ای و شبه تجربی بوده که طی آن ۴۸نفر توسط آزمون غربالگری سطح شناختی آلن ارزیابی شدند ، از میان آنها ۱۶نفر ،که سطح شناختی بالای ۴داشتند انتخاب شدند و تحت ارزیابی با آزمون های معاینه مختصر وضعیت روانی) ،(MMSE آزمون حافظه وکسلر و آزمون ارزیابی شناختی کاردرمانی لوتکا( ) LOTCAقرار گرفتند. ۸نفر به عنوان گروه آزمون به مدت سه ماه، در طی ۳۰جلسه به مدت زمان ۹۰ دقیقه ای در گرو های درمانی مبتنی بر فعالیت متناسب با سطح شناختی خود شرکت کردند ، ۸نفر گروه شاهد نیز در لیست انتظار ، درمان های دارویی و معمول خود را داشتند .یافته ها : یافته ها حاکی از آن بود که وضعیت روانی افراد گروه آزمون در مقایسه با گروه شاهد به صورت معناداری بهبود یافته است >( .) P۰/۰۵افراد گروه آزمون در حوزه سازماندهی بینایی- حرکتی و حافظه نیز ، بعد از مداخله پیشرفت معناداری داشتند >( .) P۰/۰۵در بعضی از زیر حوزه های حافظه ،وضعیت روانی و سازماندهی بینایی- حرکتی علی رغم پیشرفت گروه آزمون ، تفاوت معناداری حاصل نشد .بحث :شرکت در گروه درمانی مبتنی بر فعالیت در بهبود وضعیت روانی و زیر حوزه های توجه و محاسبه ، جهت یابی زمان و زبان، بهبود حافظه و زیر حوزه های حافظه منطقی و تکرار ارقام و سازماندهی بینایی- حرکتی در مدت زمان سه ماه موثر بوده است .کلید واژه ها : گروه های مبتنی بر فعالیت ، اختلال اسکیزو فرنیا ، عملکرد شناختی ، مدل ناتوانی شناختی آلن

The Effectiveness Of Activity Groups On Cognitive Function Based On Allen Cognitive Disability Model Objective: Schizophrenia is one of the most common psychiatric disorder that patients face with psychotic, positive & negative symptoms with functional & cognitive disorder.Cognitive impairements show their deficits in attention, working memory, memory & visual learning, memory & verbal learning, processing speed, reasoning, problem solving and social cognition. The object of the present study is to investigate the effectiveness of activity groups on cognitive function in schizophrenic patients based on the Allen Cognitive Disability Model. Materials & Methods:In this quesi experimental study 48 participants evaluated with Allen cognitive level screen test. 16 persons met study criteria evaluated with Mini Mental Status Examination,Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assesment ,Wechsler Memory Scale then assigned to activity groups and control groups. Interventional group received 30sessions activity group that every session lasted 90 minutes in 3 months. Control groups had their common therapies. Results:The Results of the study confirmed that Mental Status of interventional group made significant improvement relative to control group. (p< 0/05). Interventional group showed significant improvement in visuomotor organization & memory by using paired t.test. (p< 0/05). In some of the memory & mental status & visuo-motor organization subscales despite of improvement made no significant differences. Conclusion:30 sessions Activity Group is significantly effective on mental status improvement and some of its subscales and also significantly effective on visuo-motor organization & memory and some of their subscales. Key words:Activity groups, Schizophrenia Disorder, Cognitive function, Allen Cognitive Disability Model.
