Results of this study provided strong evidence for the construct validity of the Persian version. KEYWORDS. Child Occupational Self-Assessment (COSA), Model Of Human Occupation, Rasch Rating Scale Model tبThis study aimed to investigate construct validity and dimensionality of the Persian Child Occupational Self-Assessment (COSA;Keller, Kafkes, 2005) based on the Model Of Human Occupation (MOHO). A sample of 250 (87 female and 163 male) Iranian Student with Attention deficit hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) participated in this study and were measured according to COSA scales (for both values and competency).The Rasch RatingScale Model (RSM) showed 23 of 25 competency items and 21 of 25 values items met the requirements of fit. Principle component analysis of residual confirmed the unidimensionality of both scales. Item reliability for competency and values scales were 0.8 and 0.9 respectively.
