این مطالعه با هدفتعیین فراوانی خشونتخانگی جسمی علیه زنان معلول در دوشهرستان اصفهان وفریدن به بررسی برخی عوامل موثربر آن پرداخته است . این مطالعه یکمطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی بوده که با انجام مصاحبه وتکمیل پرسشنامه برروی 78 نفر از زنان معلول اصفهان و 47 نفر از زنان معلول فریدن که در ادارات بهزیستی پرونده داشتند با نمونه گیری تصادفی انجام پذیرفت. داده هامطالعه ،ثبتو کد بندی شدند و نتایج استخراج گردید. یافته ها نشان دادند که زنان معلول اعم از ذهنی یا روانی یا حسی حرکتی نیز با خشونت آشنایی داشته وبه نوعی مورد خشونتواقع می شدند خشونتجسمی علیه زنان معلول.با عواملی چون محل سکونت،پایگاه اجتماعی اقتصادی همسر ،نوع معلولیت،شدت معلولیت ،زمان معلولیت،خودیار ی فرد معلول ،مناسببودن منزل معلول،تجربه خشونت درخانواده پدری همسروشرایط فرهنگی محل سکونتارتباط معناداری داشت.همچنین بر اساسیافته هابیشترین علت خشونتجسمی در اصفهان معلولیتزن ودر فریدن فقر عنوان شد،صبر وتحمل واکنشی بوده که در هردو شهرستان در مقابل خشونتنشان می دادند.خشونتدرزنان معلول اصفهان منجر به شدت بیماری ومعلولیتگردیده و در فریدن ترسوناامنی شدید را بهمراه داشته در اصفهان بیشترین خشونت جسمی به صورتسیلی زدن ودر فریدن کتکزدن بوده است . واژگان کلیدی : خشونتخانگی خشونتخانگی فیزیکی خشونتعلیه زنان معلول

this study aiming at determining the emaunt of physically harshness administereed against the handicapped women in two towns Esfahan and Fereidan , has addressed to some affecting factors and studied them.This is a kind of onalylic-descriptide sludy that has been conducted by interviewing wilh 78 handicapped women in Esfahan and wilh 47 hanehicappod women in fereidan . Also it was conducted in random sampling. Enquires were completed by handicapped women who had dossievs in Behzisti151 clinic. Data were studied, recored and coded , finally results were drawn out . Findings showed that both physically and mentally handicapped women have experienced harshness in some manner. physically harshness against the handicapped women had to do with factors such as place of living , husbands econopmical and social position, kind of handicap, its severity and time of its occuriny , selfassistiny of handicapped woman , appropriateness of handicappeds house the experince of harshness from husbands paternal family, cultural conditious of the place of living. Also based on these findings , the reason of physically harshness most of all was due to handicap in Esfahan and poverty in fereidan. Patience and eudurance were the only reactions to harshness showed in both towns.In Esfahan administering harshness has resulted in severity of illness and handicap in these women and in Fereidan it has caused severe fear and unsecurity in them . In Esfahan most physically harshness was administered in slapping and in fereidan it was administered in beating.keyword: harshness administereed- physically harshness administereed- harshness against the handicapped women
